Please note you are responsible for any missing or damaged items beyond normal wear and tear. Charges can also be incurred for smoking, pets, and cable or internet charges. Deposits are refunded within 10 days of checkout.

Great getaway home! Beautiful home with nice amenities and great backyard for dogs! Ac and ceiling fans were so nice. The tv in the living room was easy to use. Kitchen was a dream! Bedrooms were huge with big master bath and closet. One thing to note is that it is a small town! If you plan on ordering food or going out, make sure you see what time things close. Easy drive to grand junction and palisade. Would definitely visit again! Very communicative host.

This is a new home in a quiet neighborhood in Fruita. Maybe 15 min from Junction. The beds and couches were very comfortable. The air was easy to control and the appliances all easy to use. There was also a gift basket full of wonderful goodies we really appreciated! If you’re staying in Fruita this is the place!
Great place to stay near Fruita/Grand Junction! Beautiful home in nice neighborhood. Nice fenced in yard for dogs to play. Very nice hosts and will most likely stay again in one of their homes.

We had two families with 4 kids under the age of 8. It was a central location for 18rd and GJ riding. It was also super close to downtown Fruita for all our takeout needs. Only issue was the kitchen faucet was broken on arrival but the maintenance team was super responsive and had it fixed quickly. Highly recommend this house!

Our family really enjoyed our week long stay. House was immaculate and very well furnished. Communication with the property management could not have been easier. It was a pleasure working with them. The home is only minutes away from west entrance to Colorado National Monument. It is within view from the 2nd floor!

Owners do not live here so you don't have any of their clutter around.

We've rented multiple times in different properties owned by the Drivers, this being our first at Hawk House. Our stay here was just like all the others, perfect, very professionally managed. They handled any small issues we had in a very timely manner, house was very clean. They make you feel at home with the basket of goodies and coffee to start off your stay. We've rented from other owners in the area, and this is easily the best experience we've had.

This lovely home is well-furnished. Although there were just the two of us, it looked like it would be comfortable for several more. There’s a nice grassy back yard with a privacy fence, which our dogs loved. It’s just a few minutes to Fruita town and a City Market (Kroger). It was a convenient base for our visits and rides to Colorado National Monent, Grand Mesa, and Route 114. All magnificent. If you are traveling with your pet, we can recommend the Animal Nanny for day care. It was an easy 10-12 minutes away from the house and the dogs seemed to enjoy it there.
