"Great location"
This place was amazing! We only stayed one night as we were coming from a long drive, but the house was so well stocked with everything we needed. The jacuzzi was a nice touch after all the hiking we did. We will definitely stay here again!

First off I’d like to say that this home is amazing! We were stunned in a good way once we pulled up and then made our way inside. It is a very modern and beautiful home, some serious craftsmanship went into building this home. Brandon and Rebbeca were perfect hosts, they answered my questions and gave recommendations for local non chain restaurants in the area, which was greatly appreciated. We would have liked to have used the hot tub but we were exhausted from a long drive and business that we tended to with a client in the area until late evening. But the excellent water pressure from the two beautiful shower stalls more that made up for that! The king beds in the spacious bedrooms provided a peaceful evening of sleep. Checkout was simple. I highly recommend this home for a stay in the Grand Junction/Fruita area you couldn’t stay at a better place!

My husband and I had a great stay! We enjoyed the hot tub, wildlife viewing, and well-furnished space. Beautiful spot in the countryside but close to town as well. Host was very responsive and offered to remedy a malfunction we encountered upon arrival. We would definitely stay here again.

The primary drawback here was that the cleaning fee was more than the actual booking fee, which felt excessive to us, as we never leave a mess for our hosts.

We loved Brandon and Rebecca’s house! It was comfortable, spotless, and well stocked. They were also wonderful hosts - very responsive, friendly, and helpful! The hot tub was a treat and the view was fantastic. It was a peaceful and relaxing weekend all the way around. We’ll definitely be back!

The setting was rural, which is what we were looking for, but only 10 minutes from everything we needed--groceries, restaurants, shopping...The appliances were new and upscale, with a good selection of cooking utensils, dishes, and flatware. Comfortable bed, two well-appointed bathrooms, large television with streaming services available. Enjoyed the stay.

Brandon and Rebecca’s home was exactly what we needed for our climbing getaway vacation. We loved the quiet surroundings, the night sky was amazing from the hot tub, the place was very clean, furnished nicely, and well stocked with everything you might need in the kitchen. We also appreciated the extra touches like board games, binoculars with a Sibley bird guidebook, humidifier, and soft close cabinets, toilet seats and doors were just nice added details. 10/10 would recommend and would stay here again.
