❤️ Efficient heating system and and "Evaporative Cooling System" - An Evaporative Cooler lowers the air temperature by passing outdoor air over water soaked pads and then pulling the cooled evaporated air into the home. Evaporative cooling systems can be used effectively in the dry desert air of Mesa County. Operating instructions are included in the home but does require a window or two to be cracked open to allow for circulation. This cooling effect will achieve similar home temperatures as other forms of cooling, however the air may feel more humid and be louder (due to the fan) than refrigerated air units.

Bedrooms include high Thread Count Bedding, Down-Alternative Comforters, fluffy pillows and extra blankets. The bathrooms have towels, wash clothes plus toiletries to get you started including toilet paper, facial tissue, bar and hand soap, shampoo, conditioner and lotion.

We have a strict 30 day cancellation policy. Your initial payment is 100% refundable 30 days or greater prior to your arrival. Inside of 30 days any monies paid will not be refunded. Deposit Policy
Please note you are responsible for any missing or damaged items beyond normal wear and tear. Charges can also be incurred for smoking, pets, and cable or internet charges. Deposits are refunded within 10 days of checkout.

This house was perfect for what we needed.
Mike and Kristy were easy to communicate with. We loved the fact that there was a separate suite at the front of the house.
And having two rooms with their own bathrooms and entrances to the backyard was a plus.
The welcome basket was a nice touch as well. The decor and feel of the house was calming and open. Thank you for a great place during a hard time.

The place was super convenient for our group attending a funeral and it was clean and decor was nice. Wish we’d had time to enjoy the back yard and the friendly horses. Beds we’re comfortable. Shower was nice. Kitchen seemed well appointed but we didn’t cook. Found it difficult to set temp in heaters and 65 was pretty cold so we were chilly especially in bedroom off of kitchen the first night. We ended up borrowing a relatives portable heater as we were busy and did not contact the owners regarding the heat. The place has a musty smoke smell throughout main house but it was pet friendly and we appreciated that. There was a nice welcome basket and enjoyed snacks. Would have liked some cream/sugar to go with the coffee. Feel it was priced a little high for 3 days as we could get hotel room for $70 with some other amenities in the area but the privacy and gathering space was good for us.
