We have a strict 30 day cancellation policy. Your initial payment is 100% refundable 30 days or greater prior to your arrival. Inside of 30 days any monies paid will not be refunded. If you think you may have a last minute cancellation please purchase travelers insurance offered by the Online Reservation System.
Deposit Policy
Please note you are responsible for any missing or damaged items beyond normal wear and tear. Charges can also be incurred for smoking, pets, and cable or internet charges. Deposits are refunded within 10 days of checkout.

Our stay at the Sunrise Mesa vacation home was for a family reunion with some family living in the area. The home is gorgeous and well thought out. It is incredibly quiet between floors, between rooms and from the outside. Sleeping upstairs was not disturbed by talking downstairs. There are actually 2 ½ baths which was good with 6 people staying but up to 12 people visiting. The full baths are huge with plenty of room to take care of young children or accommodate older folks (not completely handicapped accessible but plenty of room for walkers, etc). Plenty of towels . First floor is roll-in from the driveway which met our wheelchair needs. Wide access between rooms and not over-furnished. We had two twin air beds in the living room for the grandkids and we still used that area for conversation during the day. No “switching” from night to day use. Kitchen is big enough to talk in during meal prep and still get around each other. There were enough pots and pans and some storage containers for leftover; plenty of quality cooking utensils and flatware for cooking and eating. There is deep sink and dishwasher, so clean-up was easy after meals. Soap, scrub pads were provided as well as laundry soap which was a nice touch. There is a full washer and dryer off the kitchen but the apartment size washer and dryer in the upstairs bathroom was handy. If you have toddlers, you will need two baby gates. Well set up and well thought out. We get out here about every 3 years and I will be looking to stay here again.
