Mike and Kristy Driver’s Story:
Mike has been a Real Estate Broker since graduating from Windsor Colorado High School in 1983. In 1986, Kristy began her career managing and maintaining luxury short term rental properties in the Aspen, Keystone, Breckenridge and Vail Colorado areas.

In 1998, Kristy & Mike began land and home development projects in Silverthorne, Colorado. After moving to Fruita for the warm Western Colorado climate in 2002, they began to restore homes. These homes have become a part of our VisitFruita.com Vacation Collection that they now share with guests.

Today, VisitFruita.com’s local team has elevated the vacationer’s expectation when traveling. We are always bringing new homes to our program but remain focused on the premier guest experience and a seamless and worry free expertise for second homeowners.

We were very lucky to find this amazing house. First - the house is immaculate, cleanest we have ever stayed in. You can tell the owners care about the details. The house is huge with tons of room. The deck area was awesome to enjoy the warm sun. The kitchen was such a delight to cook in. We met friends in Fruita and it was just 2 blocks to Hot Tomato for pizza and drinks at the Copper Club - just a short walk home. There are 2 great bikes in the garage that we tried out around town.... such fun! We will be back in the spring to spend some more time and would recommend this house to anyone looking for convenience of downtown.

THIS WAS AN AMAZING PROPERTY. IT FAR EXCEEDED OUR EXPECTATIONS. SO CLEAN, COMFY, AND IN THE PERFECT LOCATION. MY HUSBAND SAID IT WAS THE BEST RENTAL WE’VE EVER STAYED AT AND WE’VE STAYED AT MANY! HE’S NOT EASILY IMPRESSED SO THAT SAYS IT ALL. THE 18 ROAD MOUNTAIN BIKING WAS EPIC. TRAILS FOR HIM AND TRAILS FOR ME. WE HAD SO MUCH FUN. THANKS FOR AN AMAZING STAY, WE WILL RETURN.

THIS WAS ONE OF THE BEST! IT SUITED OUR PURPOSE AND THE STAY WAS GREAT!

This house is perfect for a weekend getaway! Definitely will be using again when we need a place to stay near Grand Junction.

Very clean and nice renovation. Great for your dog, very good location and neighborhood.

Stayed May 2019: Absolutely amazing stay!! This home has all you need and is so clean and cozy. Our dogs loved the back yard and we enjoyed cooking out and spending time on the back porch. Wouldn’t stay any where else if we visit again.
