How do you handle Check-In?

Safe, Easy, and Secure!  We use our Hospitality App to send you directions and access instructions to your home.  No need to visit a “Check-In” office, just head to your home!

We see your homes on the large travel sites (channels), like VRBO, AirBnB, or Expedia.  What is the difference in booking direct?

A lot of our guests (especially returning guests) choose to book directly.  Homes on our program are marketed both here and pushed out to travel channels to partner in marketing.  They in turn provide bookings and guests!  Whether you book through a travel channel, or direct with us, you will receive the same 5 Star treatment!

Can I Bring my pet?

Most our our homes are pet friendly.  We have included a “Pet Friendly” filter in our Lodging Search so you can be sure.

We are traveling by RV.  Is there a place we can park?

A lot of our homes have RV Parking.  It is included in the description.  If you are unsure, please ask us about a specific home.  Even if there is no place “on-site” we have several “off-site” options.

Can we book for an extended visit?

Absolutely!  This can be a great option for a business traveler.  You have a VERY comfortable home away from home.  No utilities to worry about, no maintenance, just unpack, and your home!
