+ Efficient baseboard heating system and an "Evaporative Cooling System" - An evaporative cooler lowers the air temperature by passing outdoor air over water-soaked pads and then pulling the cooled evaporated air into the home. Evaporative cooling systems can be used effectively in the dry desert air of Mesa County. Operating instructions are included in the home but do require a window or two to be cracked open to allow for circulation. This cooling effect will achieve similar home temperatures as other forms of cooling; however, the air may feel more humid and be louder (due to the fan) than refrigerated air units.

Bedrooms include new mattresses, high thread count bedding, down-alternative comforters, fluffy pillows, and extra blankets. The bathrooms have towels, washcloths, plus toiletries to get you started, including toilet paper, facial tissue, bar and hand soap, shampoo, conditioner, and lotion.

The primary guest making the booking must be at least 25 years old and must remain present during the stay. A valid photo ID is required at check-in. For everyone’s safety, some homes may use devices like Ring Doorbells or sound monitors. These are only outside and never inside our homes.
