❤️ Efficient baseboard heating system and and "Evaporative Cooling System" - An Evaporative Cooler lowers the air temperature by passing outdoor air over water soaked pads and then pulling the cooled evaporated air into the home. Evaporative cooling systems can be used effectively in the dry desert air of Mesa County. Operating instructions are included in the home but does require a window or two to be cracked open to allow for circulation. This cooling effect will achieve similar home temperatures as other forms of cooling, however the air may feel more humid and be louder (due to the fan) than refrigerated air units.

Deposit Policy
Please note you are responsible for any missing or damaged items beyond normal wear and tear. Charges can also be incurred for smoking, pets, and cable or internet charges. Deposits are refunded within 10 days of checkout.

Spacious. Comfy beds. Perfect hangout space. Bike storage was good. Great location. We could walk to downtown and the grocery store. Right across from a park. Quick drive to all the MTB trailheads.

Very comfortable townhouse for our family. Across from a lovely park for farmer’s market Saturdays! Short walk to town and very quiet area. Great communication with property management. We loved the gazebo shaded area in the back too!
