We loved our stay in this home!! It was clean, cozy, and was a beautiful home overall. It had everything we needed and more. The host checked in numerous times during our stay to make sure we were all good. We really enjoyed our stay here and would absolutely recommend!

We had a lovely time in this home! The hosts went above and beyond and everything was utterly fantastic and enjoyable. The home is super cute, clean and welcoming. We would highly recommend this home to stay!
Perfect location, and quiet considering it's in the middle of everything. The attention to detail was on point, from the welcome kit, to the message written on the blanket.
Place was nice and cool in the middle of summers heat. Lots shade in the backyard for us to enjoy our BBQ. Would definitely stay again!

Very comfortable & cute well-equipped small 1- bath older home in safe pleasant quiet neighborhood. Managed by Team Fruita. So many comfy seating options inside & out! Medium-firm bed perfect for us with a variety of different pillows. Enjoyed neighborhood morning walks, short walk to Jackalopes baseball game, even walked 1.3 miles to nice downtown breakfast at Dream Cafe one morning. Kitchen spacious, new-ish appliances there and in basement laundry worked great! Being an older home there’s a few squeaky floors and noises from the air cooling unit and fans. Occasionally a few barks from neighbors dogs but not continual. Temps got up to 100 outside but we were able to keep things reasonably cool inside. Covered carport just a few steps outside of kitchen door was a godsend on the hot days! We stayed for a week and it was one of our best Airbnb experiences; we would stay again.

This was a beautiful house! We have stayed in numerous homes in Grand Junction and this has been the best. The sun porch was a beautiful place to have a cup of coffee and the fire pit was amazing. We will definitely stay again.

We had a great stay at the Butterfly House. It was clean, easy to get to and walkable to downtown and the local park. We would definitely stay again.

We loved the house and were well cared for by the management company. The kitchen equipment was superb, especially the new GreenPan set! We would return here happily.

It is such a cute place! Furnished very upscale. We stayed during wintery weather so we weren’t able to enjoy the fantastic backyard, but we would definitely use this house again.
This was a great quiet house with everything you need, terrific location for our family visiting. And the welcome basket with the grocery bags really helped make it easy and environmentally aware for "no plastic bags". very nice touch. 🙂
What a wonderful place to stay in Grand Junction. My wife and I stayed here for two weeks in February 2023. The Butterfly House is bright, airy, and so functional. We appreciated its central location in town; loved the quiet neighborhood; and would have enjoyed the back yard and patio, if not for visiting in February. Strongly recommend the Butterfly House.
We loved our stay at the Butterfly House. It was welcoming and charming. We felt very much at home. We were so close to Main Street and all of the restaurants and shops. The weather was supposed to be nice and I was really looking forward to the fire pit in the backyard and it didn’t disappoint. We look forward to staying again on our next visit!

The Butterfly House is a great place to stay while visiting Grand Junction. Very clean, comfortable and spacious. Beds, towels and linens were 5 star. Inside and outdoors, we felt at home. Great place for a family. Everything about it was easy. The sun porch in the morning was a bonus. We will be staying here next time we come to GJ.
