Exactly as advertised. The house was very clean, the kitchen has everything you need to cook a meal. In a safe, walkable area to downtown Fruita and close to other area amenities as well. Loved the yard with actual privacy fencing so my dog could enjoy it. I appreciated the option to book as a “1 bedroom” vs the whole house to save a little money. It’s nice to stay somewhere that has been thoughtfully prepared for guests. Would stay here again.

This was a great place for a trip to Fruita. The location is very convenient to all of the downtown restaurants and shops. There is a nice grocery store really close by as well. The backyard is very private and makes for a nice place to have dinner. I would stay here again.

Well-equipped and well-stocked kitchen, clean and comfortable bedrooms, nice bathroom and tub. Backyard was pleasant to just sit and relax in the shade, though being closer to the "main drag" made it a tad noisy, but not annoyingly so. Will return.

We loved our stay here. It was perfect for our family of four. (kids 7 and 11) Walking distance to lots of things. Very comfy. We came here to primarily mountain bike so it was great for that. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

The location is just a short walk to Fruita's mainstreet shops and restaurants. Everything you could think of was in the home. The kitchen was well stocked with tons of spices, coffee maker, coffee to start out, as well as trash bags, dishwasher detergents, etc. We noticed each room had an overhead fan as well as additional fan/heater should you want it. Lots of bath towels and extra blankets. A nice touch was the welcome gift basket with a water bottle, popcorn, extra coffee packets, and tote bags. We also appreciated the bath toiletries. Everything you could want to feel at home was thought of. We had our dogs so the fenced back yard was excellent for them, as well as us to sit back and relax on the patio after a long day. Great place to explore the area yet also welcoming and cozy.

Cherry Blossom House is a charming old house. The tasteful decorating feels spare but welcoming. We loved the woodwork and clawfoot tub. The kitchen and bathroom were well supplied. The porch was lovely, but could only be used certain times of the day because Cherry St. is a fairly busy street. Fortunately the weather was just right for sitting at the table in back of the house! Parking was right outside the house, but to leave, you need to back out onto Cherry St. Sometimes this is a little nerve wracking; other times - no big deal. The grocery store is in walking distance as is the cute downtown area of Fruita. We wished we could have stayed at least 1 more day!

Perfect little cottage for the two of us and our 2 dogs. Location was perfect for getting around and was quiet except for train going by a few times a day. We loved it and will stay there again.

Wonderful stay. Garage door key was missing at check in, Aly was here in under 5 minutes to help resolve the issue. And Joey had a spare key here within 10 minutes so I could store my bike. Very helpful!

Cozy house in a great location. Close to town. For us it was extra special because I was there with my sisters and we were all born and raised in Fruita. This house was within a block from where all of our grandparents lived when we were children.

Charming house with a good location! Walking distance to downtown Fruita, only a couple hours to Ouray and Telluride, an hour and a half to Moab, and not far from Palisade. Enjoyed our stay!

This is a great house in an excellent location right off the Main Street in Fruita. Easy to find. The house was very clean and comfortable. Had everything we needed and then some! Kristy texted me to make sure that we had the information we needed to get in and also asked if we needed anything during our stay. I would definitely stay at one of their properties again!

This is a clean, relaxing property with full amenities located in downtown Fruita. The week I spent there was very enjoyable. I particularly liked the screened-in front porch and the claw-footed tub. The place has fresh paint and original woodwork and hardwood floors (a bit squeaky, but hey, they're original!). The furniture is of excellent quality- a mix of period and new that blends well to create an ambiance reminiscent of the era when these homes were initially built. Ceiling fans and central HVAC keep temps under control. Internet service is good, there is a full set of linens, kitchen utensils, and even a few cycling tools. Three bedrooms provide two queen-size beds and one twin-size bed. The property is on a main street that is nonetheless relatively quiet. The occasional passing heavy truck will make the house shake a little, but that didn't bother me during my stay. One thing that's worthwhile to know about this property is that the door lock that provides access is in the back of the house, not the front.

I would definitely stay there the next time I need a place in Fruita!
