Enjoyed being close to the monument and lunch loop trails.

Happy to find this clean spacious townhome while visiting our son at CMU for parents weekend. Walk to trails, lake, pickleball and park.

We could not get enough of the backyard view! Time on the patio was a perfect start or end to the day. Steps from a popular hiking trail and pickleball courts. A short drive to restaurants and the grocery store. The space is fresh, clean and relaxing with enough space for family time and quiet time!

I absolutely loved this location and place! Right next to a playground and walking path. Beautiful view and very well kept inside, very clean and pristine! I definitely plan to come back as I was visiting family that lived in walking distance. I recommend this place as the owners are very professional, genuine and were accessible if needed. Check in and check out couldn’t have been any easier. Thank you Kristy and Mike!

Had a great stay in Grand Junction. The house was well-equipped and convenient for all the places we wanted to go. There was a playground right around the corner, too.

Our stay was lovely, beautiful place and exceptional view outside on the patio! We had a great time and the condo was clean and well equipped. The condo was in a nice location and close to town.

Beautiful place close to trails for biking and walking. Close to restaurants and shops. Loved the amenity basket they left with popcorn and cups and also a little kit with cotton swabs, sewing kit, etc. Very responsive hosts.

This is one of the nicest Airbnbs where we've stayed. We loved the tile floors throughout and so did the pups after a hot summer walk. There was even a gift basket when we arrived. Highly recommended!

My husband and I enjoyed staying here. Great location with walking/biking paths behind the condo and 3 different patios to sit outside. We even had a welcome basket waiting for us when we arrived. We had good communication from the hosts making sure we didn’t need anything and when we did they were quick to respond.

This was a very nice place. It is a bit far out of Grand Junction itself, but very beautiful area. If you have a large trailer or truck and trailer, there is no parking on the street, which makes it difficult to have anything that you are towing. The bedrooms were very nice, but both are upstairs, so if you have anyone who cannot do stairs well this would not the best fit.
Everything was very clean. We got there early and I had not realized it. The door code was not working because of this, but they were great about unlocking the door as it was all ready so we were able to get in as soon as we got there ( about an hour earlier than check-in).
There are lots of places to bike and walk and it was very quiet at night. It was very spacious and open. Other than the parking issue, it was a great place for us and we would stay again!

Wonderful location if you like nature and birds and having walking and biking trails close by! I was working during my stay far on the other side of town but enjoyed coming back to the peaceful beauty of Redlands. Good Amount of privacy. Good mountain biking trails up the hill out the back door. For planning purposes- it may help to know that the second bedroom is very small in terms of floor space (and I don’t think it had a door?) so if there will be more than one person staying in there, the master bedroom has plenty of space to make up for it for shared storage.

Very nice townhouse with lovely views. There was a problem operating the front door the day I arrived but the property manager was there to help me within 10 minutes.

Very comfortable place! Beautiful, quiet, private, nice bathrooms. Everything we needed in the kitchen. Hope to stay here again.
