In addition, the kitchens are stocked with cookware, bakeware, dishes, glasses, utensils and standard small appliances.

Deposit Policy
Please note you are responsible for any missing or damaged items beyond normal wear and tear. Charges can also be incurred for smoking, pets, and cable or internet charges. Deposits are refunded within 10 days of checkout.

Beautiful place close to trails for biking and walking. Close to restaurants and shops. Loved the amenity basket they left with popcorn and cups and also a little kit with cotton swabs, sewing kit, etc. Very responsive hosts.

My husband and I enjoyed staying here. Great location with walking/biking paths behind the condo and 3 different patios to sit outside. We even had a welcome basket waiting for us when we arrived. We had good communication from the hosts making sure we didn’t need anything and when we did they were quick to respond.

This was a very nice place. It is a bit far out of Grand Junction itself, but very beautiful area. If you have a large trailer or truck and trailer, there is no parking on the street, which makes it difficult to have anything that you are towing. The bedrooms were very nice, but both are upstairs, so if you have anyone who cannot do stairs well this would not the best fit.
Everything was very clean. We got there early and I had not realized it. The door code was not working because of this, but they were great about unlocking the door as it was all ready so we were able to get in as soon as we got there ( about an hour earlier than check-in).
There are lots of places to bike and walk and it was very quiet at night. It was very spacious and open. Other than the parking issue, it was a great place for us and we would stay again!

Wonderful location if you like nature and birds and having walking and biking trails close by! I was working during my stay far on the other side of town but enjoyed coming back to the peaceful beauty of Redlands. Good Amount of privacy. Good mountain biking trails up the hill out the back door. For planning purposes- it may help to know that the second bedroom is very small in terms of floor space (and I don’t think it had a door?) so if there will be more than one person staying in there, the master bedroom has plenty of space to make up for it for shared storage.
