Operating instructions are included in the home but do require a window or two to be cracked open to allow for circulation. This cooling effect will achieve similar home temperatures to other forms of cooling; however, the air may feel more humid and be louder (due to the fan) than refrigerated air units.)

- A Standard Rental Agreement will be sent to you after booking. Please sign and return it to confirm your reservation. The primary guest making the booking must be at least 25 years old and must remain present during the stay. A valid photo ID is required at check-in. For everyone’s safety, some homes may use devices like Ring Doorbells or sound monitors. These are only outside and never inside our homes.
