- A Standard Rental Agreement will be sent to you after booking. Please sign and return it to confirm your reservation. The primary guest making the booking must be at least 25 years old and must remain present during the stay. A valid photo ID is required at check-in. For everyone’s safety, some homes may use devices like Ring Doorbells. These are only outside and never inside our homes.
