The property was very accessible and served all of our needs as a big group, live datying here!

Boys (50+) mountain bike weekend. Over sized garage was great to hold our bikes/very secure. Lots of parking. Beds/bedding were wonderful. Everything was really clean. Backyard was our afternoon destination to play games.

Stayed there with 5 kids and 4 adults. We really liked the house. It's really comfortable and has everything you need for a large group, with a well equipped kitchen and lots of small but convenient amenities. And even a few goodies to take home, which was very thoughtful.
Kristy was friendly, responsive and accommodating. Check in and check out were easy, with a smart lock.
The house is in a quiet neighborhood and you have a few stores for essentials very close by.
There is a nice fenced yard (great for our dogs) and a huge garage in which we could leave the dogs when not in the yard (since one person in our party was scared of dogs).

The house is beautiful, loved the fenced in yard for privacy, and everything was clean and well kept. The landscaping was well kept and maintained. the kutchen was fully aticked qith quality dishes and cooking supplies. The furniture was hugh quality and comfortable. We were able to check in early, which really helped us out. The welcome basket and binder was very thoughtful and helpful.

Loved our stay here. The kitchen was fantastic with everything we needed to make a big family dinner. The home was comfortable and a great location. Our dogs loved the backyard and didn't want to come home. Our youngest dog learned how to do stairs here at 3 years old. A big deal 😉 Thank you for sharing your home with us!

Our family really enjoyed having our Xmas holiday at Mike & Kristy's home. Plenty of room for the kids to play outside and inside. Kitchen was stocked with everything we needed to cook our holiday meal. Would definitely stay here again.

Great house in great location! Visit Fruita was fantastic in accommodating our hiking group from Summit County and finding us two properties adjacent to each other. Our group comes to the Fruita area every Fall, and we will definitely contact you for our lodging next year!

We found Kristy and Mike’s place last minute due to another Airbnb falling through. The second we booked the house it was confirmed and we were so happy. The house was very clean, clear instructions. Our dogs loved having a fenced in yard to run around. The neighbors were very quiet. I loved how we were able to use the garage during the stay. You can tell the house is professionally cleaned - the towels and sheets smell and look freshly made. There was a nice welcome basket with reusable bags, maps and snacks. The kitchen was fully equipped (although we mostly ate out). We would definitely stay here again. You will feel right at home the second you walk in!

Incredible! This was one of the best places we’ve ever stayed and truly hope to come back. Spacious, EXTREMELY clean, stocked with plenty towels and cooking items. This honestly felt like we were home and we can’t ask for a better feeling than that. Kristy and Mike were very polite and helpful, making it easy to get in touch.
They also keep the yard and furniture pristine.

This house is amazing. There is a lot of space inside and outside of the home. There’s also a medium size office room with a pullout sleeper bed. This house is fairly close to the Colorado National Monument and Redland Mesa Golf Course. There’s a grocery store 2 miles away and varies local restaurants 3 miles away. If you’re into exercising there’s a bike/walking path just outside of the neighborhood where you will see the Grand Mesa National Park Mountains when you walk in one direction and the Colorado National Monument Canyons when you walk in the opposite direction.

Great hub for Fruita/GJ mountain biking with friends! Very well appointed and conveniently located. Highly recommended!

Wonderful spot. Exceptionally clean, close enough to town and hikes. We loved the back yard, especially for our toddler and our dog. The entire home was comfortable and had everything you could need.

We had a nice 3 day weekend with the family. The house had plenty of space for us have our own bedrooms and bathrooms yet come together in the kitchen or to watch TV. The garage was convenient and a nice place to keep the bikes and shoes. It was basically a fully functioning house just like I live in back home...but in a super cool spot to go biking and hiking.

5th time staying at one of Kristy’s properties and have always had a great experience. Great home.

This place was perfect. We had four adults and three children sleep comfortably in this house. We were extremely happy that our dogs were allowed to tag along for our vacation. We greatly appreciated the fully fenced in backyard. The beds were super comfy and the neighborhood was very quiet. Would definitely stay again.

Wow check in was simple. Just unpack and your ready to enjoy your stay! Our stay went way to fast, but was made simple on check out. House was very accommodating and welcoming!!

We loved our stay at the Juniper residence. The presentation upon arrival was fantastic! House was very clean. Neighborhood is quiet, and a nice break from downtown Denver. The patio/backyard area was used extensively with our young labs. While it is away from Grand Junction and other parts (15-20 minutes) to the east, it is close to Highline State Park. We spent one afternoon there with the dogs to let them swim. The grill is a nice feature, and City Market is close to grab everything you need for a nice cookout. Thank you Kristy for having a warm and welcoming home which allows pets. We will definitely look to stay here if we make it back towards Grand Junction.

The House is perfect! Great secure yard for pets. Very clean and in such a beautiful little area. I really enjoyed riding my bike into town from here.
Also all of the farms around. We will be back!

It was clean, spacious, and had everything we needed! Nice peaceful neighborhood to come home to, take walks, and ride bikes! We’ll definitely try to stay here again next time we visit family in Grand Junction

This is the second time we have rented a home from these owners in the same neighborhood. They are great to work with and the homes are super nice!

This house was perfect for us. We had 6 adults and 2 teens. Lots of space and everything was in perfect condition. Wonderful outdoor space!

This is the second time I’ve stayed at a spot in Fruita with Kristy and Mike and it was perfect. The house was clean, comfortable and exactly as described. They had everything there we needed to cook a big dinner and even save the leftovers. I’ll definitely stay there again the next time I’m in Fruita.

4 men in our 50’s and the house was perfect as a base for riding the trails in Fruita. Highly recommend.

Juniper house was perfect for our family’s multiple week stay in Fruita. The spacious house gave us plenty of space to spread out and the separate office room and good internet connection was perfect for those of us working remotely during our visit. We appreciated that the house was pet friendly (complete with dog bowls and trash can/scooper in the backyard). The extra fridge in the garage was also handy. The house was very clean and well stocked when we arrived. The neighborhood was nice for walking and jogging and close to all the Fuita has to offer. Overall, we had a great stay and would return again!

Beautiful home in a beautiful location. Great outdoor amenities, including a patio, firepit, and fenced in yard for dogs. Definitely recommend this place if you're looking for a beautiful, relaxing place to stay after spending the day out playing in Fruita!

Great space, very clean and perfect location! Didn't get to spend as much time as we would have liked due to timing and taking a last minute getaway, but enjoyed the seconds we did have! This was perfect for a family of three doing some mountain biking and sun bathing.

This was a great house. Just what we needed when getting away. Kitchen had everything we could have wanted. Checking in was seamless. Great fenced in backyard. There were nearby paths to walk our dog. Easy drive to the wineries. Would highly recommend this house.

We were traveling to our new home from another state and we were looking for a really nice place to stay as we had our whole family including fur babies. This is a place that I would stay again. Great and spacious house. Large living room and large kitchen. Great deck with small gas powered fire pit , chairs and table , and BBQ. Quiet neighborhood setting. Close to national monument and many trails. Well stocked in terms of dishes and Utensils and towels. Lovely gift basket left with some goodies for us. Nice touch having TVs in all three bedrooms. Very clean also.

From top to bottom this property is an amazing base of operations for vacationing in the area. The spacious kitchen and covered outdoor grill means room for everyone and any type of cooking. The location is perfect for bikers or hikers who want to experience the wonders of the area. The tall fence makes the pet-friendly property a true pet-friendly location. We would be thrilled to stay here for each of our western slope vacation trips!

We had everything we needed. The home/space was exceptional. As easy place to relax and within minutes to the start of our ride. Will definitely consider it as an option in the future.

Everything in the house was as expected, which for me, is the best rating.

We rented two properties dubbing this the get together house. Every evening we would get together for dinner and time with family. During the day we were out mountain biking. There was ample room in the living room, dining room, kitchen, back patio, and yard. We even set up a volleyball net in the yard. The BBQ set up was super. Every evening we cooked out and fed the entire family. The garage and parking area we ample enough to host 3 cars/pickups and lots of mountain bikes. I highly recommend the property for a family reunion.

We had a great time at the Juniper House! It was well-appointed with comfy beds, clean bedding, plush carpet, room to relax and unwind, among other great amenities! Quiet location and beautiful views! We look forward to staying here again in the future!

The home is beautiful and the amenities included are an incredible value for the price. My wife and I have 6 kids and 2 dogs and there was room for all comfortably. The social rooms are large enough to entertain family adult time while the kids rooms have plenty of activities to entertain them. There were even board games! The yard was big enough to exercise our 2 dogs and still have room for sunbathers as well as an awesome grill that’s big enough to cook for a family reunion! It was clean, well maintained, and the whirlpool tub worked wonderfully on our sore achy bodies after hiking the gorgeous hills that surround the property! The kitchen was nicely stocked, plenty of LG hotel quality towels, and it felt homey from the minute we got there. Overall we were even more impressed in person when we got there than we were with the pictures.

We had a few little plan changes and Kristy was so kind to accommodate us. We were not going to take our pets but the sitter fell through so she let us check in early because we could not keep them in the car.Our son was getting married and the sister of the bride was going to have the BBQ for the rehearsal dinner at her place but ended up in the ER for her back so we had it down the street at another of there properties. We did get calls about parking but Kristy was wonderful.The house was beautiful ( my kids wanted to live there)clean and in a nice area. This was the first time we have ever rented a house and we will definitely do so again. I hope they let us come again. Thank you for a wonderful stay.

Beautiful home, very clean comfortable. Well supplied with dished, pots and pan. Clean soft towels, comfortable beds. All appliances work perfectly. Lots of DVD's to choose from. We were able to bring our dog which was a great benefit.

Girls' week away. We enjoyed our week in Fruita. The house was new, clean, and comfortable. The landscaping was perfect. The neighborhood was safe, friendly, and walkable. Would rent again.

We enjoyed our stay in the Juniper House. It's clean, has nice amenities for an active vacation (e.g. concrete pad in back for working on bikes, big garage for gear), and is a short bike ride to downtown restaurants. We really appreciated it being pet-friendly so we didn't have to worry about our dog in a hot car while we were out recreating.
