Had a great stay! Really great house in a great location.

House was clean and had supplies needed for stay. Area was convenient and quiet. Within walking distance of grocery store, restaurant, biking shops.

this place was the perfect Fruita getaway. walkable to all of the downtown shops and restaurants, close to Imondi Wake Zone, and easy drive to other scenic locations nearby. Would definitely stay again. 5 stars.

This was the perfect place for our weekend in Fruita, the location is awesome!

We had a fabulous stay. Love the location. The backyard was great. The front might need a little landscaping but it was a comfortable stay.

We really appreciated how close we were to downtown, not even a full block away. We also had family staying in another house which was conveniently across the park from us.

A couple of cherries on top were: the welcome basket, dog accommodations, immediate responsiveness, flexibility on check-in time for us to get online for a meeting, and the wonderful guidebook inside the home with not only thorough instructions on the house and FAQs but tons of great local recommendations - from hiking trails, to family things to do, where to get great food and so much more!

What a wonderful stay for our first time in Fruita! The house is in an amazing location and walkable to everything the town has to offer. The amenities were great and we made use out of the hot tub and fire pit for chilly nights. The house was very clean and we even were welcomed with a basket of goodies and more info about Fruita. We spent a few days in Palisade for wine tasting and it was a convenient location to Uber back and forth. Definitely recommend staying here and thank you Kristy and Mike for the hospitality!

Came to Fruita for a bike trip. We had a fantastic time, the garage was a comfortable spot to replace a tire that happened to get chewed up by the rocks. The whole house was fully equipped, there wasn’t a thing we needed that wasn’t available, it was outstanding. After a long day of riding the hot tub was hot, large and simply stupendous! Nearly forgot to mention that the location was perfect!

Location was great, kitchen was well equipped, very quick response, grandchildren loved the hot tub and fire pit. We would definitely stay again! Thank you for a wonderful place to stay

Centrally located, right in downtown Fruita, easy walking distance to food and drink and groceries. Clean house, hot tub, private back yard, just what the doctor ordered!

Great location and clean. The hot tub and fire pit are so sweet, actually the entire patio was awesome. Well stocked kitchen. An abundance of plates, bowls, cups, silverware and kitchen stuff like knives, cutting boards, measuring cups. Just a well done place.

This is a great place for two people or a, couple and small children. I think it would be crowded for more adults.
We really loved the courtyard—used the BBQ and hot tub. Thank you for a very well-stocked kitchen and super comfy king bed. We appreciated the cleanliness and the little extras—starter coffee, etc. We didn’t need Halloween candy with Trick or Treat Street happening, but we really appreciated the thoughtfulness. We had a great time and enjoyed the home!

Our stay was perfect. Loved being able to walk to the village for all our needs. And the hot tub is a super bonus!!

We had a great time! It was amazing to be such a short walk from town. The hosts had obviously put a ton of thought into everything. It was great to have a storage area for bikes/gear. Loved the enclosed patio area for a shady spot to relax. The hot tub (and everything else in the house) was very clean. Would definitely stay here again.

The convenient location was ideal and we loved being able to walk to stores and shops and restaurants in this cute little town. We were there for Country Jam and it was a quick and inexpensive Uber ride every day. Having a hot tub and the convenient location made it a lovely trip.

House was exactly what we needed for a long weekend and we were happy we could bring out dog along. There were food and water bowls available and even a blanket for our dog to use.

The home is as described. It is located on the main street through downtown Fruita and is within easy walking of ships and restaurants.

My family and I needed a place to stay immediately for Christmas as our initial plan fell through. Kristy and Mike’s response to reserve their location was immediate. Their home was well equipped with all of the essentials. It was very clean and cozy!
The location of the property was so easy to find.
The hot tub felt wonderful after hiking the Colorado National Monument.
The home allows dogs and you would not even know. The home did not smell of animals at all. There was no evidence of any dogs being there.
This clean, quiet home made our Christmas vacation wonderful! I will definitely stay there again!

Exactly as advertised, and perfectly situated. This is a no-headache house, right in the heart of the town; it was perfect for the small music writing retreat two friends and I held here.

Great place, great location. The back patio is perfect for grilling and letting your pups enjoy the outside.

It was a cute little house, and the space was perfect for three people. Everything was as described, and we had everything we needed. The host also promptly followed up on a missing kitchen item I wanted. Fruita was a good departure point for all kinds of explorations and adventures in the area.

We had a great stay in the Kick Aspen house. Location couldn’t be better right down town. The house is clean and comfortable with lots of added touches. We will be back sure!

Great location for walking to coffee (Beatslope!) and various pubs and eateries (Karma Kitchen!). Super clean place and well stocked kitchen for cooking. Responsive host management company, who is HQ just down the street. Good wifi for work all week. Will definitely be back.
