Ladybug House III Vacation Rental

This was the CUTEST house ever! It was right next to everything! We couldn’t believe the huge yard with perfect grass!! They thought of everything! Each detail of this house is PERFECT! We will be booking again!! Loved our stay so much!!!

The house is so adorable. It's amazing how big it actually is on the inside. We felt right at home and enjoyed our stay. It's close to everything and is well appointed. We will definetly try to book next time we're in town.

The lady bug house was a great place to stay with friends. We loved the outdoor spaces. Very comfortable and relaxing.

Kristy and Mike's place was great. It was very convenient to town and we walked everywhere. Overall a wonderful stay!

We really enjoyed our stay at the Ladybug in Fruita. It was so nice to have a whole house that was walking distance to local shops and restaurants the grocery store and community center. We used the grill and nice sized yard, which was great for the kids. It was also a great jumping off spot for the Colorado and Dinosaur National Monuments. Overall highly recommend!!

We had a wonderful stay. The location was great. House well stocked, clean and very comfortable. The welcome package had a lot of helpful information. So nice to have washer and dryer. The only thing we found a bit strange is that the master bathroom was essentially in the master bedroom with no separating wall or door. That detail aside, the place was great.

In town for a race and this place was perfect for our needs! Fully stocked kitchen we used to cook and within walking distance of the main strip in Fruita. And we had a movie night in the cozy kitchen!

Hosts were very communicative, flexible, and have helpful signage around the property. Will book again if we are back in Fruita!

Kristy's and Mike's Ladybug House exceeded all our expectations. It's spacious, comfortable and clean - user-friendly in every way. The beautifully manicured, fenced in lawn was great for our dog to play, not to mention there's a dog park 5 minutes away by the dinosaur museum. The quiet neighborhood is close to food shopping and a great little coffee shop a minute away by car. Ladybug House is an A+ Airbnb experience and highly recommended.

This place has everything. Love the fenced yards, complete kitchen, 2 bathrooms, charm, cleanliness and location in town. Totally walkable.

Overall we had a great stay! In the future I think it would serve to have better instructions regarding trash and checkout procedures. The floors upon check in were not very clean — just something to pass along to the housekeepers

Great stay in Fruita for 19 day! Location is short walk to town charging station and coffee. The home is cute, well equipped with great funky master suite. We had a great time and looking to book again next year.

Can't beat this location, a short walk to downtown Fruita, and an easy drive to Grand Junction. This is our second time renting this home, and we will be back. Our dogs love the fenced backyard, and the home has everything you need. We also appreciated the storage shed in the back to lock up our bikes.

Great house, great location near CO National monument, and cute downtown area. Our dogs loved having the large yard to play in. Kitchen had everything we needed to cook a full thanksgiving dinner. Beds were really comfortable.

We had a great stay in this beautiful house. The house is located close to the center of town, but on a nice quiet street. the yard is fully fenced, which was great for our dog.

We absolutely loved staying here! The house is beautiful, just as pictured. It was clean and had everything we needed. The yard was perfect for our dogs to play in, and the living room was a great place to curl up and watch movies after a long day. I would highly recommend staying here, and I am planning to stay here again the next time I’m in Fruita.

We loved our stay at this cottage. The home is sparkling clean and has so much character. Three comfortable bedrooms and two spacious bathrooms. Thoughtful touches outdoors made our stay even better- fantastic yard space and outdoor dining with grill. Short walk into town so very convenient location. If we return to Fruita we would definitely stay here again!

Great location, and such a cute place, the remodel was done very well. We loved the big comfy couch so much we may buy one ourselves! Appreciated it being so pet friendly, down to having dog bowls and blanket. In the larger grass area, the fences were a little too short for our dogs, but otherwise great.

The Ladybug was everything we’d hoped for and then some! Clean, relaxed, inviting, and comfortable. Close to everything but still private. Very friendly neighbors and great, safe neighborhood. The hosts were readily available and helped with any questions. We would return in a heartbeat!

The Lady Bug is a perfect spot for a family getaway. It is ideally situated in a residential neighborhood with hospitable locals who made us feel welcome. We were a short 4 blocks from downtown Fruita, a charming farming community with excellent local fare and breweries. We had day excursions to the Colorado and Dinosaur National Monuments and Black Canyon of the Gunnison NP. The Lady Bug is charming and appointed. We would like to return to Fruita and try out another rental just for the experience.

We had a great stay at the Lady Bug house. Close to the little downtown area of Fruita. Big yard, very comfortable home, plenty of space for our family. There's a big shed in back that locks to secure your bikes. We would definitely stay again!

The yard is all completely fenced in which was such a perk - we have a 2yo & 3yo- and didn’t have to worry at all. A really wonderful, clean, well thought out spot. Highly recommend and would stay again.

We operate a charity that supported a food bank in Grand Junction. We drove in from Denver and stayed 3 great nights and everything was perfect. Very quiet but “downtown” Fruita is a walk away. Our dogs loved the yard and all in, a perfect stay.

Our stay for a quick girls weekend was just perfect! This home was spotless and from the moment you walk in the door you know they take the time to assure the cleanliness and safety of the home. There much attention to detail throughout the home to make our stay a comfortable and carefree stay. Kristy was extremely accessible and accommodating. We had a wonderful relaxing stay and enjoyed all the special touches and treats that Kristy had for us when we arrived . 5 Star Airbnb... We would definitely be back!

Being just a few blocks away from downtown Fruita was also very convenient. We will definitely be staying here on our next trip to Fruita.

We stayed at the ladybug for a little over a week. It was our first time in the area and we truly enjoyed getting to call the ladybug our home base. The house is clean, comfortable and spacious. We particularly enjoyed access to the grill and yard/outdoor living space. The location was great - a few easy blocks to downtown restaurants and the grocery store. We would definitely stay there again.

Loved our stay at The Ladybug House! Took our family and dog with us to Fruita for a long weekend and hit up the trails on our bikes on 18 Road as well as Kokopelli. The Ladybug House was amazing! Great for our family and the dog loved the fenced in garden surrounding it. We spent most time outside in the evening, grilling and playing games but the inside was really well laid out with all the modern amenities you'd wish for, great space and very comfortable, climate-controlled zones. Definitely liked the convenience of the shed outside the house too for storing bikes and equipment and downtown Fruita was just a small walk away, making everything very easy. VisitFruita.com were the perfect property managers and made us feel very welcome at every step of the way. I don't think we've had such a great reception anywhere else we've stayed to be honest! We'd definitely return to this lovely house. It's got such great character and certainly checked all the boxes for my family. Thank you so much!

The listing is as cute and cozy as the pictures. The house has everything you need and incredibly stylish detail. It was sparkling CLEAN with a great location within walking distance to the downtown full of cute shops breweries grocery store and great places to eat. You never need to leave this adorable house with a beautiful fenced yard and outdoor table for six and a fire pit. We didn't get to use the bicycles since it was too cold but they are adorable. The bedding and beds were very comfortable and we didn't want to leave the comfy couch after a long day of skiing. The layout of the house is great giving lots of privacy to the upstairs master with en-suite bathroom for privacy from the rest of your group if you choose. The thermostats locates within each room allowed for individual room temps which was an added bonus.

Perfect place for a quick weekend get away to Fruita! It exceeded our expectations!

"If you need a beautiful, relaxing, well-stocked, sparkling clean house then this is the place for you! We had 6 people there very comfortably, and it was relaxed, roomy and private. The bedroom upstairs with the king bed is open concept and the only room on the top level. It was the perfect hideaway for some quiet and a little work since there is a nice desk up there. The main level has two bedrooms sharing a good size bathroom. Full size laundry. Huge side yard with table and bbq. Nice quiet neighborhood only a couple of blocks from downtown. Ate at The Hot Tomato—SO GOOD! But if you want to eat in there is a full size dining table, full, well equipped kitchen, sitting area and plenty of room to move (Grandma easily moved around with her walker). Tastefully decorated and thoughtfully set up. Thank you Kristy! We hope to come back!"

The ladybug house is a very cute, clean little house a few blocks from downtown Fruita. It was the perfect size for 2 couples and 2 kids. The kids enjoyed the large yard, we appreciated the locked shed in back for bike storage, and the welcome basket was a nice touch. We were able to walk downtown for dinner, and it's a short drive to multiple good mountain biking trailheads as well as to Colorado National Monument. We would definitely stay here again when we come back for some more epic Fruita mountain biking!

The Ladybug house was the perfect house for us! Three bedrooms—two on the main level so it was easy for grandma to get around in her walker. The sisters shared the other room (bunk beds). Those two rooms share a bathroom. The upstairs room has king bed with bathroom (open concept), TV and desk and that was so nice for us to have a little escape. Thermostats in each room. Full size kitchen, dining table and small sitting room with a comfy L-shaped couch. Easy access to a lovely fenced in side yard with table and bbq. Very clean with extra supplies available. Appliances are new and nice. Kitchen had dishes and basic cooking needs. We could not have had a better set up. It is two blocks from downtown Fruita and the best restaurant—The Hot Tomato! Easy check in and check out. If we get to come back to Fruita we will definitely stay here again! Thank you!!
