Loved this little house. So cozy. The beds were very comfortable. Very clean and new. The pups enjoyed the backyard space. The donkey came to say hi and get some pets. We will absolutely be back.

What a great place! Rural surroundings, so peaceful and feels remote. Yet close to Colorado National Monument, Grand Junction and Palisade! Place was spotless clean, and nice to have 2 master suites with king beds. Everything needed to cook in if you would like. Enjoyed relaxing on the back porch with great sunset views of Colorado National Monument. Would definitely stay again!

The long-term stay at this rental and loved it! Everything was clean and was the perfect size for what we needed at the time. One thing I will notice is that the Wi-Fi was a bit spotty at times. Other than that, it was a great stay

Perfect place to stay for weekend.

We were in town for the JUCO World Series and couldn’t have asked for a better AirBNB! Beautiful view, and exactly what we were looking for to get away from the city after ball games.

This place was well equipped, close to fruita, quiet, and peaceful.

Excellent place with great hosts who live close by. We could really tell the owners have pride in this property, it was very clean and well stocked, and in a great location relatively close to the mountain bike trails and the restaurants and shops in Fruita. We will definitely be looking to stay here again on our next visit.

We loved this place!. It’s very private, nestled in a rural setting on a private drive. At night, it was very quiet with zero road traffic.
The place was spotless and very nicely decorated. Two huge bedrooms with very spacious bathrooms The beds were excellent. There was a big screen TV in each of the bedrooms and the kitchen. The owners thought of everything!
It is a cream puff! We’ll stay there again when we come to Fruita.

Absolutely loved our stay at The Little Tumbleweed Inn. The location was perfect for us, and the cottage had absolutely everything we needed. The space is clean and organized, and we loved having double laundry. The beds were comfortable, and the setting is serene and beautiful.

Little Tumbleweed Inn was a GREAT stay! My son and I were in town to help him move into the dorms at CMU, and the peaceful, countryside setting and well thought out out home was so nice to return to after hectic shopping days in GJ. We loved cooking breakfast outside on the patio, and the neighbor is literally an ass (really, there’s a really cute donkey next door)! The space is tastefully decorated, very comfortable, and has a nice modern farmhouse feel. Morning coffee on the porch in the rocking chairs listening to the flutter of the trees in front was the icing on cake. We’ll be back for sure!

Great place for families or 2 couples. Bedrooms were large. Nice to have a washer dryer. Excellent amenities. Incredible views. Quiet. Close to everything you might want to do.
The hosts made sure every need was taken care of before we arrived and were ready to assist with anything we needed.
I highly recommend staying here or really since the host was so on top of it I wouldn’t hesitate to stay at any of their properties.

This place was perfect for a weekend getaway. It's close to shopping and the great outdoors and the views from the house are great! The beds were very comfortable and the home had everything we needed. Would definitely stay here again!

Wow!!! We absolutely loved this adorable guesthouse! It needs more than 5 stars! This was my first time using Air B and B and I am beyond happy with our choice! A wonderful place to stay in the Loma/Fruita area. Very clean and comfortable. Beautiful mesa view from the backyard. Dog friendly and they thought of everything from dog bowls to use.

We had a great stay at Horsethief Hideaway! The house had an awesome layout and was very cozy. We felt safe and comfortable the entire time, we really didn't want to leave! Kirsty and Mike were also extremely helpful and proactive and really seemed to care about us having a great experience. We will for sure be booking this home again! 🙂

this place is so cute and located pretty close to some great food spots!! we stayed here as a cheaper alternative to moab to try and visit arches, and the location was pretty helpful! just be careful on the roads there.

Very clean place. Kitchen is nicely stocked with everything you could need. Beds are very comfortable. The towels are great like what you get at a fancy hotel. The outdoor fenced in area was great for our dogs. The garage was also great for keeping our bikes safe.

We stayed here while dropping off our daughter at college. We loved that we were able to have the whole family, to include our fur baby with us. The house was beautiful and clean felt like home away from home.

We had a wonderful weekend at the Horsethief Hideaway! The house was plenty big and extremely comfortable for our party of 4. The dog loved having her own backyard for the weekend too! Plenty of great hiking within a short drive and nearly anything you need can be found in Fruita or Grand Junction.

Perfectly located! Near trail heads, Colorado river and Highline lake. Awesome garage for bike and toy storage.

This home was absolutely lovely! Lots of space for our family of four plus everything you need for your dog! The kitchen is very well supplied for cooking, and the linens and furniture were clean and nice.

My husband and I spent Thanksgiving in this cute home that was perfect for us. We have family in Fruita and Grand Junction so it was a quick drive to see everyone. The home was clean and very well equipped with everything we needed. Our dog loved the fenced backyard and even though the weather was cool the deck is sunny. We are no strangers to this area but it was or first time hiking all the trails around Highline and Mack Mesa Lake in Highline State Park. We really enjoyed the hiking trails! We were out every morning by 10am before anyone was there and were privileged to encounter a Bald Eagle at close range in a tree before taking off across the lake. Luckily, I had my phone ready. We will be back to this home in the winter when we don't have our camper out yet!

The Horsethief Hideaway was a lovely, comfortable, and convenient place to stay. Close to beautiful trails and interesting Fruita. Kristy was a considerate host, especially because we were stranded with a broken down vehicle and needed to change our plans more than once. The house is really cute and well appointed and our dog especially appreciated the fenced yard.

Very easy check in and out, clean and we enjoyed the location a little outside of town! Easy access to kokopelli trailhead which was so nice, and first time I’ve had cable (Dish) in a long time! We would stay again.

Juniper house was perfect for our family’s multiple week stay in Fruita. The spacious house gave us plenty of space to spread out and the separate office room and good internet connection was perfect for those of us working remotely during our visit. We appreciated that the house was pet friendly (complete with dog bowls and trash can/scooper in the backyard). The extra fridge in the garage was also handy. The house was very clean and well stocked when we arrived. The neighborhood was nice for walking and jogging and close to all the Fuita has to offer. Overall, we had a great stay and would return again!

Beautiful home in a beautiful location. Great outdoor amenities, including a patio, firepit, and fenced in yard for dogs. Definitely recommend this place if you're looking for a beautiful, relaxing place to stay after spending the day out playing in Fruita!

Great space, very clean and perfect location! Didn't get to spend as much time as we would have liked due to timing and taking a last minute getaway, but enjoyed the seconds we did have! This was perfect for a family of three doing some mountain biking and sun bathing.

This was a great house. Just what we needed when getting away. Kitchen had everything we could have wanted. Checking in was seamless. Great fenced in backyard. There were nearby paths to walk our dog. Easy drive to the wineries. Would highly recommend this house.

We have stayed here a couple times now and have more than enjoyed both visits! This beautiful property has everything you need for your stay! We really enjoy the backyard and patio which allows for kids and dogs to run around and burn off some energy! We have no complaints about this property!

This is our 2nd time staying with the Drivers, but our first time at the Juniper house. We couldn't have asked for more. The grill and patio were great for family dinners, as was the dining area and kitchen. What a great home away from home! We will definitely be staying again!

This is our second stay at this property and we would not hesitate to recommend renting this property. Residence is very clean and well maintained, as is the yard. Cleaning and maintenance staff was very courteous and professional. Any concerns or questions we had were promptly addressed. Very quiet neighborhood, convenient to mountain biking, and Grand Junction is very close for any shopping you may need to do.

If you're headed to the Western Slopes, you should definitely rent this home. It has all you could possibly need, and is reasonably priced.

We have stayed at the Juniper House on multiple different occasions as we travel to Fruita to mountain bike, eat pizza and drink beer (at the Hot Tomato). We enjoy this property for the following reasons: - Immaculately clean - Comfortable bed & living space - Full kitchen with everything you need to make meals - Fenced in back-yard and dog friendly - Large two car garage to easily secure bikes - Great bathrooms and water pressure - Close to everything in Fruita and surrounding areas - Gas grill and outdoor seating This property is just a hop, skip and jump away from the center of town (Aspen Street). A quick drive, bike ride or a healthy walk.

Lots lots of room! And what a luxury to have a two car garage available. Kitchen was great. Sunlight poured into the bedroom in the morning and into the kitchen in the evening . It was a little chilly to sit outside but if it was warmer we would have had dinner outside on the patio every night. Living room a great place to watch movies. Very comfy. So much room I set up an office to do work on vacation 🙁 in the front room away from the rest of the house. Shut the door and worked away.

This was a great rental and highly recommended. Nice home, updated, plenty of space for large family, garage for working on bikes, yard for pets, cable TV, close proximity to mountain biking and downtown Fruita. Everything you need, all amenities, for all ages.

As others have noted it is a beautiful house, clean, in a nice neighborhood and it has a fenced yard. It is by far the best VRBO I have rented. The kitchen has lots of dishes and appliances, the double car garage is handy, and the BBQ is wonderful. WiFi, home theater, patio dining, and access to a walking trail round out the long list of amenities. Recommended for: Pet-friendly, Sightseeing, Girls Getaway, Adventure Seekers, Age 55+, Romantic Getaway.

We could hardly believe how nice this home is -- and we were allowed to take our small dogs. It is a beautiful and comfortable home, and we would not hesitate to return.
