Kristy & Mike were friendly and communicative, the house was clean and well kept, the neighborhood was quiet and walkable to local food and venues, and we had no issues whatsoever. A very pleasant stay.

The place was big enough for four adults, clean and comfortable.

This place was great for our group plus a puppy! The back yard is lovely, the furniture is comfortable, and it had everything we needed - and more! Host was super responsive and helpful when we had to add the puppy as a guest last-minute. Thank you!

This was our second stay at this house. It was great. We will come again. Excellent location our dog loved the grass backyard. The location is excellent for mountain biking, hiking and going to dinner downtown.

The 2nd time we've stayed at this location and both times have been excellent. Within easy walking distance to restaurants and down town Fruita, love having the back yard to relax in and the garage to store the bikes securely.

We really enjoyed the Mesa Manor house. It was so convenient for us. We were visiting relatives for Christmas and this house was perfect. We were able to bring our dogs, who loved romping in the backyard. I want to thank Mike and Kristy for letting us stay in their beautiful house. It was remodeled to fit the house perfectly. Very well done! We had everything we needed there. We did have trouble unlocking the front door. We did finally figure it out before our last day! I will definitely tell others about it, who may need to stay in the area. Thank you again!

Great location in Fruita! We walked to downtown, the rec center and the park. Great house for our family get together over Thanksgiving. Well-stocked kitchen. The beds were a bit uncomfortable, but overall a great stay. Thanks for having us!

Very well stocked. Easy use use. Plenty of kitchen and living room space. Comfy beds. It could use a towel rack in master bath and curtain, as I could see the neighbor's backyard while showering. Enjoyed our family time there very much.

We really enjoyed our stay at Mesa Manor. We found the home to be very clean and comfortable. There were a lot of amenities provided. The owners communicated check in procedures and made sure we had what we needed once we arrived. We really appreciated their attention to detail. Home was very well stocked and setup. Having lived in Fruita for many years we really appreciated being in walking distance to all the goodness you find downtown. If you hop on a bike you are only a couple blocks from the Riverfront Trail. Hosts were very responsive to any questions. Loved the stay so much we will be back in the fall.

We enjoyed our stay. We have done multiple home rentals in the past few years, and this was one of the most comfortable. Well appointed - we only had to get a few personal preference items - and my wife would have appreciated a full sized ironing board instead of the countertop mini, which slid on the counters and which she was not used to. If we ever come west to visit our daughter and son-in-law again, we would most certainly want to stay here again.

Loved where it was located. My family and I were able to walk around town for everything! Above and beyond with the accommodations. My daughter was able to go across the street and play at the playground at the school. We come once a year to Fruita for the 4 of July to visit my folks. We will stay here again, it feels like home. My husband and daughter loved the neighborhood stray kitty cats. Grey one is Fang, the black one is Roach, the other shy grey is Burger. If you see them, tell them Amelia and David say hi!

This rental was awesome. We used this location as a hub for mountain biking the local trails and for great access to grocery, restaurants, bars, and liquor stores. It was a great place to stay and everyone that stayed was really positive about the experience and location. Thank you!

great place, close to downtown. Nice to have a garage to store the bikes in and a back yard to clean off the bikes and hang out in the evening.

Thank you for sharing your well-appointed home. We enjoyed the back yard, very comfy beds and convenience of walking and riding bikes to local shops and restaurants. The local trail maps were also nice because we forgot our trail book at home. Many thanks!

We had an outstanding stay at Mesa Manor! Everything from check in to check out was delightful. The home was welcoming and cozy. We felt right at home at Kristy and Mikes. The backyard was great for us and our dog who loved playing fetch. We loved being able to walk to town, and the house was centrally located for our bike rides. The garage was a big bonus and it was nice to be able to store the bikes securely. The house was clean and tidy and truly has about anything you can think of to make the stay enjoyable. We will certainly be back. Thank you!

Wonderful stay! Loved everything about it.

We had such a lovely time at this property. We often travel to Fruita in the spring and the the weather is always unpredictable. This home was perfect for our active family, we were able to bike and hike during the day, then come home to wash off all the dirt and sleep warm and dry. Super cute decor, comfy beds, great showers, secure place for bikes, absolutely perfect! Also walking distance from play areas for kids and breweries for the bigger kids 🙂

We loved this place! Great location that’s very chill and quiet. Very well-appointed - this place has everything you need! Not too far from the 18 are trails, too - about 20 minutes to North Fruita trails.

This was a great stay. There were so many personal touches that made this home feel like home.
