Topo House II Vacation Rental

Kristy and Mike's place was as described and matched the photos. We booked last minute, and they approved the stay within minutes before our arrival. Communication was very responsive, and we enjoyed the stay.

We had a great stay! The place was clean, comfortable, and truly felt like home. We really enjoyed our time here and would definitely recommend it.

The only suggestion we have is to mention in the listing that there are dogs on both sides of the fence. It wasn’t an issue for us, but it could be helpful information for guests traveling with their own dogs so they know what to expect.

Cute spot walkable to downtown. It was a great base for a lot of cycling. Kitchen was well stocked and the beds were comfortable.

Great place, it was an easy walk to downtown Fruita. Everything worked and there were lots of crisp clean white towels.

This was a great spot for our trip to Fruita to explore local trails for mountain biking, running, and cycling! We enjoyed short, easy drives to 18 Road trails and Kokopelli Loop trails, and we were able to access the paved bike path to Grand Junction without getting in the car. The kitchen was well-stocked for cooking our meals, the backyard was relaxing, private, and peaceful, and the home had everything we needed to rest between activities!

This is our second time staying here and the house was just as awesome. Highlights include how clean the place is, as well as new, clean sheets and comfy beds. We cooked in quite a lot and the kitchen was well stocked. Outdoor area is peaceful and sunny. Thank you again!

Very clean and nice place. The air conditioning system was hard to adjust to and to keep the house adequately cool. We were there in August in really hot weather, so it's understandable but it ran constantly and you had to keep the bedroom doors open at night to get the air. Stocked well throughout. Great location and outdoor area.

Our first family trip to Fruita! If you are looking for a private, unique, got everything place the Topo house is for you. Our dog Moon was comfortable, we felt at home and the BEDs were ultra comfortable. The backyard space is awesome.

Was great to stay in Fruita at this location; home is well placed compared to the downtown with cute restaurants and coffee shops and area. The home was comfortable and well described, with easy access and regular communication and responsiveness from the property managers. The home has many amenities that I didn't use, but that are as described and look every bit as great. I would definitely recommend the location for others if you're looking for a cozy getaway in a cute part of town that can serve as a jumping off point to adventures, or as a private area to settle in for some work from home on the road. It was super easy to get around from this location. The neighbors were all super sweet and helpful as well.

We had everything we needed/wanted for a great long weekend in Fruita. Fantastic base for cycling, relaxing in the backyard, and walking downtown.

Very unassuming, but what a great surprise! Updated and we'll maintained. Spacious indoor space and a great outdoor living space that makes you feel like you're in the country. Close to great dining and wonderful downtown Fruita. This will be our go to place. Great hosts as well. TOPO house is on the map!

The topo house was a great place for my family. The beds were comfortable, the backyard was amazing and the kitchen was well-equipped.

The location was awesome — definitely walkable/bikeable to the Main Street. The communication was really great the whole time as well.

this place is in a great location for our "workcation." we were working and biking all week and had a great time. beds were comfy, enough working spaces for 3 adults, and wifi was fast enough that none of us had connectivity issues! we will be back 🙂

Close to downtown. Well stocked kitchen for eating in. Great outdoor space to hang out and enjoy the sun. Bike stand and outside hose to wash bikes is a bonus for those in town mountain biking!

We stayed here for two non-consecutive nights, one on our way to Wyoming from Arizona and one on our way back. It was a wonderful place to stay to break-up our drive. We have two dogs. Only one minor set back for us was that the beautiful, fenced in backyard is not attached to the house. Minor inconvenience. We highly recommend this awesome property. Enjoy your stay!

This is a very nice place to stay and was in great condition when we arrived. Information from the owners was very prompt from the moment we rented and we had absolutely no problems with the home other than the lock boxes on the doors are maddening to use. Should I stay in the Fruita area again, I will check to see if this place is available first. Quiet neighborhood and very close to restaurants and main street. Overall, 5 stars.

We visit Fruita often to mountain bike and escape the cold - the properties owned by Mike and Kristy are always our first choice. This house in particular is our favorite due to the amazing location. We love to walk our dog down to Best Slope Coffee and hang out at the Copper Club after spending the day mountain biking, and both are just one block away. I also hit up the new yoga studio, Thrive Yoga, on this last visit (also walking distance). The house itself is incredibly clean and comfortable. It has everything we need to cook meals at home. The couch is great to curl up with a good book. We store our bikes in the garage and even grilled out. The backyard is fenced in which would be perfect for a pooch that needs some time outside. The Peach House is highly recommended!

The peach house was perfect for our recent trip to Fruita for Labor Day weekend. The house was spotlessly clean and up to date. We loved the comfy living room furniture for relaxing after a long day out on the bike trails. Icing on the cake was having a dog friendly place with a big fenced yard for our pups to play. Absolutely perfect! Thank you for putting so much thought into this rental!

A wonderful house and yard near the center of town. Lots of parking, including a large garage. Clean and modern. Well appointed. The half-bath is small but serviceable. The rest of the house is quite roomy. The owners were very helpful.

It seemed that everything was perfectly engineered and executed. The location was centrally located, the interior was exceptionally well done reflecting excellent taste and functionality. I found myself wondering what this beautiful Jewel of the Rockies would cost if it was on the market. The steps off the back porch were a bit dicey, as the third step was rough rocks. Really though, to find something to criticize would be nitpicking. I hope we can stay there again.

My husband and our friends stayed here for two nights. When we walked in we were pleasantly surprised by how clean, updated, and comfortable the place was. It had all the comforts of home; updated appliances, USB charging ports in the bedside tables, comfortable beds, comfortable patio seating, fenced back yard for our pooches, etc. We are looking forward to booking this home again our next trip to Fruita!

Home is in a great location and has been completely updated. Back yard was also really nice to have for our dog and the garage for our bikes

The peach house was awesome! It's very nice, comfortable and convenient. There's pretty much everything you need and the location is perfect. It was nice to be able walk a couple of blocks in the morning to grab some coffee and breakfast. I highly recommend it and hope to stay there again next year when I return to Fruita.

Visited Black Canyon of the Gunnison,Arches NP, Dinosaur NM,Colorado NM, and the town of Fruita. The dogs loved their playpen.

Our family had a great stay at the Peach House during our trip to Fruita! Location is fantastic- just two blocks from downtown (and Hot Tomato Pizza!). The house was nicely remodeled and very clean. Kristy and Mike were great hosts. I would definitely stay here again!

As avid outdoors people, we frequent Fruita often to escape the cold and snow of Crested Butte. We've stayed at many properties around town - and this is our new favorite! - Location: less than 2 blocks away from the Copper Club Brewery and the Hot Tomato Pizzeria - Brand New: this house was just renovated and everything is brand new - Clean: the house was spotless - Pet Friendly: our dog enjoyed the fenced in back yard - Garage: there is a large garage to store all your outdoor equipment and vehicle - Comfortable: couches and beds were great - the house was quiet - Affordable: this home was a good value - perfect size for a couple (or two) or small family We spent three nights at the Peach Street House and had everything we needed to enjoy meals at home - and even enjoy sports on TV in the evening. We will definitely be staying again!

Place could not be closer to downtown Fruita! Local coffee joint and great little brew pub just a block away, as well as Camilla's for breakfast:) House is great and nicely taken care of - pretty much everything you need. Plus two car garage to stash and organize all your gear. Will definitely stay here again!
