We have a strict 30 day cancellation policy. Your initial payment is 100% refundable 30 days or greater prior to your arrival. Inside of 30 days any monies paid will not be refunded. If you think you may have a last minute cancellation please purchase travelers insurance offered by the Online Reservation System.
Deposit Policy
Please note you are responsible for any missing or damaged items beyond normal wear and tear. Charges can also be incurred for smoking, pets, and cable or internet charges. Deposits are refunded within 10 days of checkout.

Location is convenient. Big park right outside of the back gate for walking dogs. The check in process was very easy, and the neighborhood was quiet and safe. we would love to stay here again.

This is the best vacation home that i have ever stayed in. Not only it is clean, tidy, and have all supply, the beds are super comfy. Very thoughtful from the welcome basket to the detailed information binder. Extremely nice experience and I already told my friend who lives in grand junction for her future guests.
My family of three and our dog stayed in town for a swim meet. It was in great proximity to the University and a central location to downtown and lots of restaurants and shops. The owners were very responsive and helpful. They also provided all of the basic amenities. Thank you for sharing your home.
