Bedrooms include new mattresses, high Thread Count Bedding, Down-Alternative Comforters, fluffy pillows and extra blankets. The bathrooms have towels, wash clothes plus toiletries to get you started including toilet paper, facial tissue, bar and hand soap, shampoo, conditioner and lotion.

Please note you are responsible for any missing or damaged items beyond normal wear and tear. Charges can also be incurred for smoking, pets, and cable or internet charges. Deposits are refunded within 10 days of checkout.

Great house, clean and lovely!
Great place for a group that is walkable to downtown Fruita! We especially enjoyed the outdoor areas. It was perfect for our group of four (and two dogs) for a weekend mountain biking in the area.
