Please note you are responsible for any missing or damaged items beyond normal wear and tear. Charges can also be incurred for smoking, pets, and cable or internet charges. Deposits are refunded within 10 days of checkout.

Loved the property. Only issue was AC was not able to get temp under 80 upstairs.
Terrific place to stay. It’s very convenient to town and 10 minutes from the Colorado River trail. The house was clean and had everything we needed. I would definitely stay here again!!

This is a really nice place. Everything looks new. It has high cielings and lots of windows that let in natural light. The layout is convenient for families. It's nice to have the bedrooms upstairs and the kitchen, dining, and living room areas downstairs. The balcony is a nice spot to sit and relax in the evenings. The dog was happy here too.

Such an inviting and relaxing home. Very clean and quiet and a great neighborhood for walks. We did a beautiful hike nearby and enjoyed some much needed sunshine on the hammock. Comfortable bed and great shower. Thank you for a great weekend!
