We loved our stay! Well stocked in every way! Location was residential and very quiet. The beds were over the top comfortable!!! The outdoor area was great! Loved the furniture and loved the privacy.

Our getaway was quick, but it was the perfect fit our family and dog. The house was perfect for all ages. The yard was a great place for our pup to hang out. When we come back to the area, we will definitely stay here!

Our stay in Kristy and Mike's Chery Pie III, a dog-friendly home was more than we could have imagined. The house is clean, and inviting, and has everything we need to cook home-cooked meals, even spices! Team Fruita was extremely responsive and helpful. A housewarming gift basket gave us ideas of local trails to visit and fun activities to do with our children. The neighborhood felt safe and secure and is the perfect place to take your dog for a walk. Each bedroom has the most comfortable pillows and comforters. The backyard is extremely dog-friendly and we had a ball playing cornhole. The hallway closet even had board games! I 110% recommend this home. Thank you, Kristy & Mike!

Clean house with a wonderful backyard. Quiet neighborhood and felt safe as able to take daily walks. Conveniently located near grocery store and I-70. Only a short drive to Grand Junction.

The house was perfect for we needed. It was right around the corner from our house and provided a perfect spot for our family to stay each night. It was exactly as described. Check-in was a breeze. And communication was great. Super happy with our experience!

great place to stay, well stocked kitchen, clean and plenty of space for the three of us, great backyard and deck. The only drawback which is completely out of the control of owner of the AIRBNB, was the neighbor to the north smoked a cigar. The owners were super responsive and communication was quick and easy!

This home was perfect for our Fall Break week. Fruita is a darling town and this home is close to downtown but on a quiet street. The beautiful kitchen contained everything we needed and was easy to work in. The living room furniture was clean, new and modern. The beds were comfy with cozy linens. The bathrooms were also updated nicely. We used the grill a couple times - it worked great. The deck out back is a fabulous place to enjoy a drink and some sunshine. We loved having a double garage to pull our truck in at night and store our bikes. Everything was great. I would book this home again in a heartbeat.

Great house, lovely amenities & comfortable.

We stayed 8 weeks and the house was great! Internet speed was really good - important to us since we were working remote. Loved the backyard for the dogs. During our stay, the host bought a large outdoor rug to help protect our dogs’ feet from the deck during the afternoon sun and heat. That really meant a lot to us and made the outdoor space even better than it already was.
The house was super clean and very well appointed. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook meals. Great having access to park in the garage too.
Loved the location! We maximized our time outdoors on weekends and loved the proximity to many great state and National parks. Super convenient to get to Grand Junction too.
Enjoyed the restaurants on the Fruita Main Street.

This little gem is perfect for those with an adventurous spirit! Close enough to downtown for dinner or drinks; far enough out for quiet evenings at home.
The house was very well equipped with all the essentials and very clean.
The small touches made our trip - bike stand - bike theme - local trail maps.

We loved our stay at Cherry Pie Holiday III. The setup was great; it was comfortable with lots of space and everything was in excellent shape. Plus, the location was in walking distance to all things downtown Fruita. Big bonus: there were actually sharp knives for cooking—in our experience, that never happens at rentals. We enjoyed the backyard and deck as we battled it out for the title of corn hole champion. And we really appreciated the well-equipped cleaning and storage area for our bikes. The hosts were in touch with us regularly asking if we needed anything (we didn't). We'd definitely stay here again and highly recommend it!

The Cherry Pie Holiday House was appointed with everything we needed. The beds were very comfortable by our standards, which is a huge plus. As always the staff of Visit Fruita was attentive and available. I've stayed in their properties before and will again.

Very nice home in a quiet neighborhood close to Grand Junction and Palisade with many opportunities to explore with many fun activities and restaurants. The home was very clean and well equipped and the beds very comfortable.

Our stay was perfect. Kristy responded super quickly and was very accommodating to our needs. The house was really modern, cute, clean, and convenient. We couldn’t have asked for more!

Great stay for a family of four and a dog. Everything that you could need. Super close to town, either a 2 minute drive or a modest walk for some of Fruita's downtown restaurants. Use of the garage was nice for bike storage. Would definitely stay here again.

Great house! Nice layout for families… space for all and the layout works well for hanging out or watching movies after the kids go to bed. Well stocked kitchen for making lots of different meals. Nice outdoor space and a bonus to have access to the garage. We’ll definitely be back!
