To be honest, the beds at this place were the most comfortable of any Airbnb we have ever been in.

The home was comfortable and clean. It was professionally run and the neighborhood was quiet.

The house was great! We had a lot of fun and there was tons of space. We really enjoyed our time there and hope to return!

Once again we arrived to a spectacularly clean and well maintained facility.

Another excellent stay with the Visit Fruita group. Farm House V was top notch, great amenities.

The farmhouse is lovely. We had a group of 10 and plenty of room to spread out and relax. The kids loved the pool table and we adults loved the quiet setting outside. Thanks for hosting us!

This is a very tidy and comfortable home. We highly recommend. Although we only used two bedrooms, we enjoyed the property and location a great deal. We especially enjoyed the nearby farm animals and field of sunflowers and hope to book a stay again next year!

Simple words amazing

We really enjoyed this property...the privacy and the space were outstanding.

When cold weather prevented local camping, we were able to change plans at last minute. It was the perfect location for a multi-generational family stay that had to mostly be indoors. It was exceptionally clean. The kitchen was well stocked with gadgets, small appliances, cookware and table service. The beds were all comfortable. House was well organized to serve as vacation rental. We highly recommend.

We enjoyed the peace at farmhouse. It is in a great location; I went on a few walks in the countryside and enjoyed the surrounding mountains and the local farm animals. The house was very tidy and clean. It had tons of USB charging stations and a HUGE TV downstairs (plus a TV in every bedroom). A great place and I would stay here again!

Amazing place lots of amenities perfect location great experience

Quiet, scenic location. A good home base for exploring the area. Plenty of space for our group of 6 adults with room to dine together and hang out for games and movies. The pool table was a fun extra. Ample parking and secure storage for bikes. The hosts were responsive.

Awesome house! Great location; easy to find. A lovely welcome basket greeted us and had a nice variety of “just arrived” essentials; coffee, chips, cookies, crackers…even doggie treats!

Layout is so convenient, especially having separate beds and bath upstairs for additional privacy with a larger group. Beds are very comfortable; bathrooms were pristine. Linens and towels high end. Kitchen was perfectly suited for our needs with ample utensils and cookware. We loved the big dining room to gather for family meals. Large peninsula made for convenient buffets and the breakfast nook acted as our bar. Although the lower level is equipped with a wet bar, having everything on one floor suited our needs better. We brought our own paper plates, napkins. Fridge is large with built in water & ice dispensers. So convenient! There’s a washer and dryer with supplied Tide pods for several loads. All the appliances worked.

We enjoyed the rural area and the farm across the street. FYI, the roosters are very vocal, the sheep and cows are too! Especially at feeding time. And “dairy air” is all part of the package.

We loved our stay here and would certainly book again. However, 2 caveats: WiFi was not dependable (comes with rural living?) No stair railings to the basement or the garage side of the back deck making it somewhat difficult for those with special needs. But we managed to work around both!!

Perfect remote location! beautiful sunsets, we were close to ATV trails. we went to snooks bottom with our dogs, they loved it.
you might want bring extra kitchen towels if your staying more than a couple days.

Nice house with a convenient location, but we didn't spend much time at the house. The beds were very comfortable, although the pillows were a bit too tall for us. The living area was comfortable for hanging out. The views were mostly unobstructed, which we liked. We would definitely choose to stay there again. Owners were very communicative.

Very charming and comfortable home! The views are spectacular and we enjoyed the experience of staying in the country - neighboring property has cows, roosters, and sheep; which added to the charm of our weekend in the country. The bedrooms are very clean and comfortable - ceiling fans and plenty of closet and dresser space in all bedrooms. The beds were incredibly comfortable! Bathrooms were clean and linens were fresh. We appreciated the size and layout of the main gathering areas - kitchen was great for preparing several meals for 10-12 family guests/gatherings; and had the weather cooperated better we would have loved to have spent time on the beautiful porch and yard -the property is great for gathering, outdoors games, etc. One thing we were not prepared for being that we are "city folk" is the sweat bees that are known to the rural farmland area. It was very surprising to arrive when a swarm of bees were coming through the property. We contacted the host at the time and we found their response about them being harmless to be true; but we were afraid to eat outside not being familiar with the bees and what to anticipate once food was prepared and served outside. All in all we had a wonderful visit and felt very at home at this property.

A beautiful home surrounded by amazing views. The place is clean, kitchen is week equipped and the beds are so comfortable. We highly recommend!

We surely enjoyed our stay. My kids Loved being surrounded by farm animals. House was extremely cozy and we enjoyed the pool table downstairs. We would Love to stay again on our next trip to Grand Junction.

The house was great. There was 10 of us and never felt like we were crammed at all. The tv and pool table were great after long days of mountain biking. Absolutely stunning biking and hiking trails only minutes away. Definitely would rent again.

Great country setting but only a short drive to town. Everything you need for a large group. Easy check in and out. Kristy gave great directions and answered our questions. Will stay here again! Dan

It was a wonderful home, exceptionally clean and plenty of room for extended family to stay. The patios and yard lend extra space for kiddos and dogs.

This is a beautiful home and they have thought of everything. Comfortable beds, Smart TV's in almost every bedroom, comfortable couch and large TV in the basement. You will enjoy your stay here!

The home was perfect for our family of five and three pups! It accommodated us all well and still had so much room to spare!

The entertainment room was the crowd-pleaser. It was nice to have a big area for us all to hang out together!

The house was spotless when we arrived. The beds were comfortable, even the twins!

Our pups enjoyed the large yard. But just as a heads up, the yard is not fenced, and there is a working farm right across from the home. So I would recommend keeping your pups leashed if they are as curious about chickens as mine are.

The area is very secluded and quiet. We enjoyed the peacefulness of it, and it was a great escape from the city.

This beautiful home was such a welcome getaway for two city dwellers and their pups! We all enjoyed hearing the neighboring rooster, goats, and cows in the morning, looking up to a sky full of stars at night, and really just slowing down to enjoy a different kind of living for a few days. The house is clean, nicely decorated, and a real gem in a lovely community!!

Wonderful home with a great location to CO National Monument and the wineries. Very clean and well stocked. Beautiful backyard space with a great gas firepit. Perfect for a group in town to winetaste!

We had a great experience at the Black Bear. Everything was dialed and ready for us. The house was clean, had all the amenities and was spacious! The open living arrangement was great for hanging out together after riding all day. And the back yard- the gas fire pit is great! Spent a lot of time out there just hanging and grilling. Garage has plenty of space for storage too. Just an overall great time. I would totally stay there again. Thank you!

Great place to stay and spend time

Stayed here with my wife and two kids and friends with kids, plenty of room. Super clean, tall ceilings, great beds, and loved shmores by the fire pit with the kids. Close enough to town to ride the two cruiser bikes in for some Hot Tomatoes Pizza. Garage is very deep so we could fit our Acadia in it with four bikes off the back. Don't have to take the bikes off each time which is a nice plus.

Beautiful house- and so much space! Location is great to access mountain biking, the Colorado National Monument, and downtown Fruita. The backyard with the fire pit was wonderful!

Very clean modern house with a nice separated bedroom layout. Was great for a few friends to stay while mountain biking in the area. Large garage, easy to get to, easy check in. Everything was great.

The house looks just as great in person as it does in the photos. We really appreciated how clean the house looked and felt at check-in. The location was great for access to restaurants and coffee shops in town as well as Colorado National Monument and other hiking trails!

Impeccably clean rental. Wonderful location as we went to hike and bike and less than 15 minutes from both. The gas fire pit in the backyard is AMAZING and where we were each night. The fire ban for the last 4 months has been a real downer so when we discovered the fire pit was gas was a real treat. 5 stars!"

Very comfortable, clean home. Decent location - could ride bikes to downtown area of Fruita and within 10 minute drive of most of the popular mountain biking trails. Garage was large enough to fit bikes and gear.

Kristy's place was beautiful. Pictures do no justice. The house had everything we needed and more. The yard was spacious and just perfect all around for our two dogs. We truly enjoyed our stay. I didn't want to leave the next morning lol. The beds and couches were so comfortable. The house itself is very spacious and clean. A big plus for us was the living room, which had a big TV and every movie you can think of available. Kristy was welcoming and so kind to host us last minute. She responded quickly to all of our questions/needs. We absolutely loved this house. I STRONGLY recommend this gorgeous 2 story house to anyone needing a place to stay in the area. We will definitely be back on our next road trip.

Great place with wonderful amenities

We spent a week hiking and mountain biking during the day. Coming back every evening to Blackbear was a pleasure, with all amenities and several welcome touches. Spacious, quiet, with a nice backyard including fire pit, fast Internet, Blackbear was like our home away from home. Highly recommended!

This home was very welcoming, super clean and immaculate. We felt very safe there. With COV19 and the neighbored itself. The beds were super comfortable and plush , the master bathroom on the first floor was the go too bathroom. It felt like we had our own private spa. Loved the cool nights with the backyard gas fire

The space was great for our group!

The gift basket was a nice touch. Air-conditioning and very comfortable beds made for a very nice visit. We also got to bring our dog who loves playing in the large backyard.

We came out to Colorado to look for a house. Having only a couple days to do this was very stressful. Coming back to this house which was so comfortable after house hunting each day made the process so much more enjoyable! We could relax and spread out in the evening with our family. Just the perfect stay for us.

Traveling with young children, dogs and family this home was home for all of us with lots of room to separate to be on our own and lots of space to be together for meals & socializing. The area had lots of paths to ride the bikes provided, friendly neighbors and easy access to I-70 for connecting travels. We enjoyed it so much we considered extending our stay and the manager was exceptionally accommodating to make that arrangement. We also really enjoyed our visit to Moon Farms for the petting zoo, Barbie collection museum, parks and history.

We were here for a graduation at CMU. The accommodations we originally booked were canceled on us shortly before our stay but found this one in Fruita. House was brand new, nicely appointed and well equipped with plenty of room for our group. We enjoyed the big backyard and spent time hanging on the back patio. Easy drive into GJ (about 20 minutes to downtown) and access to Colorado Natl Monument. Would recommend.
