❤️Efficient heating system and and "Evaporative Cooling System" - An Evaporative Cooler lowers the air temperature by passing outdoor air over water soaked pads and then pulling the cooled evaporated air into the home. Evaporative cooling systems can be used effectively in the dry desert air of Mesa County. Operating instructions are included in the home but does require a window or two to be cracked open to allow for circulation. This cooling effect will achieve similar home temperatures as other forms of cooling, however the air may feel more humid and be louder (due to the fan) than refrigerated air units.

This home was perfect for our mini vacation!
We were looking for a home with views of country land, quiet and peaceful and clean. We found it! We choose this home and location as it is similar to our own home, and we could not have been happier. From the start the communication was outstanding! From the keyless entry system, access to garage parking and ease of finding the home, we knew from the start we made the right choice for us.
Once you step inside, you can tell the owners took great care in upgrading and making it comfortable for guests. The kitchen is well stocked with all you could need if you want to cook. The master bedroom was large and inviting, and I should mention here, the bed is heavenly! Traveling is always tough because beds are just not like your own bed, but here it is! We slept like babies 😉
Although this home is not in the heart of the town, it is only 2 miles down a beautiful country road. I would rank this one of the best places in Fruita!
"Great Stay!"
The accommodations fit our family needs. We were here for the JUCO baseball World Series, and Fruita is only about a 15-20 drive from Grand Junction. Our hosts responded quickly when we needed assistance. And we especially enjoyed the kindness of our neighbors who gave us “freshly gathered eggs from their chicken coops”.
This home was perfectly located! With the country feel but close to town I couldn’t recommend this home more! The hostess was very accommodating and great to communicate with! We will definitely keep this place on our list to return!

We had such a great stay! The home was clean and fresh. We greatly enjoyed our peaceful time on the patio. The home was close to everything in Fruita and also close Colorado National Monument in Grand Junction and close enough to drive to Moab National Park. It was a perfect family vacation!

This was the absolute perfect location for our stay while we road the Kokopelli! Loved the private/rural feel. Amazing views! Amazing mattresses! All of us agreed we slept so good!
One of the top Airbnb’s I’ve stayed at! Communication is amazing & the extra amenities were more than exceptional!! Quiet place on a beautiful property with an amazing view. Would 10/10 recommend to anyone wanting a relaxing home away from home!
