Very nice newer house in Fruita. Perfect place for our mountain bike trip. Good proximity to the popular trails and town center. The popcorn and gifts were appreciated. Would definitely stay here again.

Absolutely Perfect! We had the best stay in such a beautiful and spacious house! The house is very well furnished and very clean. The beds are comfy and the house is in a great location. Also, the bikes are a nice touch. They were extremely accommodating and great to work with! Such a great experience overall.

Beautiful home close to parks and trails - only about ten minutes to National Monument. The house had everything we needed, comfortable furniture and beds, and fantastic A/C in the warmer days! From a design, condition, and comfort perspective, one of the best houses we have ever rented. Highly recommend.

The house was absolutely beautiful and loved the backyard. Loved the special touches throughout including the puppy welcome basket! We were here to visit our family that resides in Grand Junction and will definitely be booking this property again.

Our stay at the Hawk house was great. The house was super comfortable and very clean. We will definitely stay here again on our next trip to Fruita!

The house was great and very clean! We loved our stay!

It was a lovely clean roomy home and it was nice to be able to bring our dogs. There were 8 adults, and we had plenty of room. Fruita has a lot to offer - beautiful canyons for hiking and biking, the Colorado river, wineries, even a dinosaur museum for the kids.

Very spacious and clean! We found the central location to be ideal for us. Bedrooms are very cozy and minimal touches allowed us to circulate freely with 4 adults, 2 kids and our doggo. will visit again!

"Perfect house for a family mountain bike escape!"

We had two families with 4 kids under the age of 8. It was a central location for 18rd and GJ riding. It was also super close to downtown Fruita for all our takeout needs. Only issue was the kitchen faucet was broken on arrival but the maintenance team was super responsive and had it fixed quickly. Highly recommend this house!

The place is basically brand new, well built and appointed, everything works perfectly, even the garage door and backyard grill. Way bigger than we needed but we adapted to the deluxe feeling instantly.

Our family really enjoyed our week long stay. House was immaculate and very well furnished. Communication with the property management could not have been easier. It was a pleasure working with them. The home is only minutes away from west entrance to Colorado National Monument. It is within view from the 2nd floor!

4 adults & 2 small dogs. It was great for us. The dogs loved the fully fenced in backyard. It was very clean. Well kept. Tastefully decorated. Spacious. Great kitchen. Clean bathrooms with plenty of hot water and great water pressure. Peaceful neighborhood. This is managed by a company who promptly responded, were friendly and very efficient. Owners do not live here so you don't have any of their clutter around.

We were here for a graduation at CMU. The accommodations we originally booked were canceled on us shortly before our stay but found this one in Fruita. House was brand new, nicely appointed and well equipped with plenty of room for our group. We enjoyed the big backyard and spent time hanging on the back patio. Easy drive into GJ (about 20 minutes to downtown) and access to Colorado Natl Monument. Would recommend.
