Based on the principles of evaporation, hot and dry outside air is drawn through water-soaked cooling pads. Christy and Mike’s place was clean and comfortable. The big draw was the views of the Colorado national monument park from the kitchen, sunroom, and back patio. I highly recommend getting up for sunrise and being around for sunset. It made the stay worth it. They were very responsive to questions.

I came to GJ for an event, wanting a quiet place with a view and this house was perfect! The hosts were responsive, accommodating and flexible with my reservation adjustments. The house was very clean and comfortable. The kitchen is awesome with sweeping views and even offered a welcome basket. The location is great for a morning walk and very accessible to everything. I would stay here again!

Our family of five and two dogs really loved our stay. We had everything we needed including lots of space to hang out and cook and eat together. We especially enjoyed the sun room and views of the National Monument. We also found great walking trails right in the neighborhood.
