Place was very clean and had modern amenities! Hosts were very accommodating and they communicated well! This is such an amazing property and we even enjoyed the backyard while we played with our pet, Rocky! Stay awesome guys!

This whole house gives plenty of quality space to spread out. We could have moved into this house and felt comfortable living here. We will definitely plan to stay here if we stay in the Fruita / Grand Junction area again. Also the location offered peaceful walks in the evening and midway between Arches and Canyonlands N. P.s and the western slopes of the Rockies. The hosts were wonderful and the place was more than we had hoped.

We really enjoyed our stay in Fruita! We needed a place to work remote for a few days in between our Utah camping trips. The house was well stocked with everything you would need. The fenced in yard was perfect for our pup too!

This place was GREAT! Right in the edge of town in a new quite neighbor hood. We had a 2 year old and he loved the back patio to cruise his bike around on. Dog friendly and a super clean place. We will be booking here again in our next trip!

The place is as advertised, everything is clean and the home is very spacious and comfortable. The TVs are all smart TVs which made it very easy to enjoy things from my own accounts.

It was clean, spacious, and had everything we needed! Nice peaceful neighborhood to come home to, take walks, and ride bikes! We’ll definitely try to stay here again next time we visit family in Grand Junction

This is the second time we have rented a home from these owners in the same neighborhood. They are great to work with and the homes are super nice!

This house was perfect for us. We had 6 adults and 2 teens. Lots of space and everything was in perfect condition. Wonderful outdoor space!

We really enjoyed the side patio and used the cruisers to grab coffee in the mornings. Couple notes/thoughts for whatever it’s worth... the towel rack next to the shower is loose and fell off when first removing the towels. And the bed also seemed well used and too soft for our liking. Otherwise we appreciated the amenities and look forward to visiting Fruita again soon. Thank you!”

Such a beautiful way to end our road trip back to California! Would absolutely stay again. It felt like a vacation! Big yard with a fence for the dogs if you have them! Thoughtful welcome basket was a very nice touch.

Juniper house was perfect for our family’s multiple week stay in Fruita. The spacious house gave us plenty of space to spread out and the separate office room and good internet connection was perfect for those of us working remotely during our visit. We appreciated that the house was pet friendly (complete with dog bowls and trash can/scooper in the backyard). The extra fridge in the garage was also handy. The house was very clean and well stocked when we arrived. The neighborhood was nice for walking and jogging and close to all the Fuita has to offer. Overall, we had a great stay and would return again!

This place was easy to find, pristine clean (seriously), and much bigger than expected. It's actually a 3 br but any rooms you didn't book will be locked off. It's managed by a company with several properties and the organization reflects that- it's very professionally done. They provide a lovely welcome basket and local info. Great stay!

Great space, very clean and perfect location! Didn't get to spend as much time as we would have liked due to timing and taking a last minute getaway, but enjoyed the seconds we did have! This was perfect for a family of three doing some mountain biking and sun bathing.

This was a great house. Just what we needed when getting away. Kitchen had everything we could have wanted. Checking in was seamless. Great fenced in backyard. There were nearby paths to walk our dog. Easy drive to the wineries. Would highly recommend this house.

This place was wonderful and clean and there were a lot of amenities. We were traveling to our new home from another state and we were looking for a really nice place to stay as we had our whole family including fur babies. This is a place that I would stay again. This was the second time we have stayed in one of Kristy’s properties. Juniper 1 is cozy and comfortable. Well appointed and maintained. Very clean. As a former vacation home owner, I say job well done, Kristy. We also stayed in Velo III for one month during April, 2019. It is apparent Kristy takes great pride in her vacation rental properties. Hopefully, we will be able to stay in one of Kristy’s properties when we return to Fruita in February.

As expected, our Juniper I stay in Fruita, CO, was perfect. The property managed by Kristy and Mike Driver was spotless, extremely well prepared and equipped, and totally comfortable. Kristy and Mike always provide top shelf housing experiences. Definitely 5 star.

Absolutely amazing stay!! This home has all you need and is so clean and cozy. Our dogs loved the back yard and we enjoyed cooking out and spending time on the back porch. Wouldn’t stay any where else if we visit again.

This is our 2nd time staying with the Drivers, but our first time at the Juniper house. We couldn't have asked for more. The grill and patio were great for family dinners, as was the dining area and kitchen. What a great home away from home! We will definitely be staying again!

This is our second stay at this property and we would not hesitate to recommend renting this property. Residence is very clean and well maintained, as is the yard. Cleaning and maintenance staff was very courteous and professional. Any concerns or questions we had were promptly addressed. Very quiet neighborhood, convenient to mountain biking, and Grand Junction is very close for any shopping you may need to do.

If you're headed to the Western Slopes, you should definitely rent this home. It has all you could possibly need, and is reasonably priced.

We have stayed at the Juniper House on multiple different occasions as we travel to Fruita to mountain bike, eat pizza and drink beer (at the Hot Tomato). We enjoy this property for the following reasons: - Immaculately clean - Comfortable bed & living space - Full kitchen with everything you need to make meals - Fenced in back-yard and dog friendly - Large two car garage to easily secure bikes - Great bathrooms and water pressure - Close to everything in Fruita and surrounding areas - Gas grill and outdoor seating This property is just a hop, skip and jump away from the center of town (Aspen Street). A quick drive, bike ride or a healthy walk.

Lots lots of room! And what a luxury to have a two car garage available. Kitchen was great. Sunlight poured into the bedroom in the morning and into the kitchen in the evening . It was a little chilly to sit outside but if it was warmer we would have had dinner outside on the patio every night. Living room a great place to watch movies. Very comfy. So much room I set up an office to do work on vacation 🙁 in the front room away from the rest of the house. Shut the door and worked away.

This was a great rental and highly recommended. Nice home, updated, plenty of space for large family, garage for working on bikes, yard for pets, cable TV, close proximity to mountain biking and downtown Fruita. Everything you need, all amenities, for all ages.

The home was clean and comfortable. Very roomy and the large garage was perfect for storing our mountain bikes. Had the basic kitchen necessities that allowed us to eat in for meals.Recommended for: Families with Young Children, Adventure Seekers.

As others have noted it is a beautiful house, clean, in a nice neighborhood and it has a fenced yard. It is by far the best VRBO I have rented. The kitchen has lots of dishes and appliances, the double car garage is handy, and the BBQ is wonderful. WiFi, home theater, patio dining, and access to a walking trail round out the long list of amenities. Recommended for: Pet-friendly, Sightseeing, Girls Getaway, Adventure Seekers, Age 55+, Romantic Getaway.

We could hardly believe how nice this home is -- and we were allowed to take our small dogs. It is a beautiful and comfortable home, and we would not hesitate to return. We have stayed in many VRBO's, and this is by far the nicest.Recommended for: Families with Young Children, Pet-friendly, Sightseeing, Girls Getaway, Age 55+, Romantic Getaway, Families with Teenagers.
