This was one the best experiences I have staying in an Air BnB. The home was perfect the hosts were so accommodating I just couldn’t be more pleased. Walking distance to some great restaurants and grocery stores. We will be back. Thank you for making the stay worry free and comfortable.

I enjoyed my stay in this house, and appreciated how close it was to everything. This house is managed by a company not a home owner, but didn't come with the typical issues that you see in cases where a company runs it.

Pros: Super clean, updated, and comfortable. Very convenient driveway parking. Close to great restaurants, walkable areas, and major roads. Host is very quick to reply, and any issues will be resolved quickly - one of the benefits of a company managing it. Also, the "starter" packet they give you with paper towels and toilet paper was more than sufficient for my 4 nights.

Cons: Not really any. I had an issue with AC, but they were going to send someone to look at it so hopefully not an issue anymore. I just moved to another room in the house and was fine. Temp is set to 70 degrees as the lowest it will go.

A great stay I'd do again.

This place has everything. Love the fenced yards, complete kitchen, 2 bathrooms, charm, cleanliness and location in town. Totally walkable.

Absolutely stunning house. Very clean and smelled fresh. Had a technical difficulty at one point while there and they were so quick to help and fix the problem. Amazing job and will stay here again!

Can't beat this location, a short walk to downtown Fruita, and an easy drive to Grand Junction. This is our second time renting this home, and we will be back. Our dogs love the fenced backyard, and the home has everything you need. We also appreciated the storage shed in the back to lock up our bikes.

We will absolutely stay at this pristine and cozy home any time we are back to the western slope! It felt just like home, had wonderful yards for our dog to enjoy, and so many amenities inside the house. It’s also very walkable to downtown Fruita. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

Great Visit!

Perfect home for a few days in Fruita. Centrally located in a quiet residential neighborhood, and walking distance to downtown. Bed was comfortable, kitchen had everything you could need, and the Wi-Fi worked well. Self check-in was easy, and the host was communicative. Would highly recommend.

We have stayed at two of Kristy and Mike’s houses and both were super clean and comfy and we have really enjoyed both of our trips to Fruita! We will be back.

We love staying in any of Kristy and Mike’s homes. Everything is always so easy and communication is amazing. The house was very very clean and had everything needed to cook a full meal and rest in a peaceful quiet home. Any questions that you have are answered very promptly and with kindness. Highly recommend their homes to anyone visiting Fruita.

Owners were kind, communicative, professional, and flexible! The Ladybug sure is special. Has a way of making you feel right at home. Close to town, with its own cozy parking spot, and two fenced areas that open up to create one big playground. Well-maintained and working propane grill and campfire. Great place to retreat. Do not pass up staying at the Ladybug house! I arrived after dark to find the outside and inside lights on (this made it easy to find the house in the dark), the Christmas tree was lit, and I was greeted with a huge gift basket full of goodies, maps, and a comprehensive welcome book. The check-in was easy, which was nice after a long drive. The house was immaculate, the kitchen is gorgeous and stocked (I didn't cook anything, but you wouldn't have a problem if you did), and the master bedroom has more space than 1 person could ever need. You can access the large, fenced-in yard through the mudroom which contains the washer and dryer. This was super convenient for letting my pups out for a quick bathroom break in the middle of the night. I will absolutely be booking here again!

Advertised perfectly! Great communication and customer service ! Beautiful home for my husband, dog and me for a bike trip. Really enjoyed the back patio and full kitchen. Townie bikes were awesome for pedaling a short distance to the breweries and coffee shops. Will definitely be back to use the additional rooms with friends:). Thank you!

This is the nicest air bnb I have ever stayed at, but you do pay for the niceness. Great kitchen, we cooked every night. back yard is also great for fetching with the dog. we came for mountain biking and this location was great, nicely located in between gj and kokopelli trails. Highly recommend this place.

The Lady Bug is a perfect spot for a family getaway. It is ideally situated in a residential neighborhood with hospitable locals who made us feel welcome. We were a short 4 blocks from downtown Fruita, a charming farming community with excellent local fare and breweries. We had day excursions to the Colorado and Dinosaur National Monuments and Black Canyon of the Gunnison NP. The Lady Bug is charming and appointed. We would like to return to Fruita and try out another rental just for the experience.

Everything was just perfect about our stay in this spacious and comfy house with an amazing yard and patio space. Our dog really enjoyed the yard too! Location was ideal for walking downtown or heading to the trails. Would stay here again for sure!

Immaculately clean. Very cozy and very comfortable. Kitchen stocked with the basics but it’s everything you need. Wonderful location. The yard is all completely fenced in which was such a perk - we have a 2yo & 3yo- and didn’t have to worry at all. A really wonderful, clean, well thought out spot. Highly recommend and would stay again.

We operate a charity that supported a food bank in Grand Junction. We drove in from Denver and stayed 3 great nights and everything was perfect. Very quiet but “downtown” Fruita is a walk away. Our dogs loved the yard and all in, a perfect stay.

Our stay for a quick girls weekend was just perfect! This home was spotless and from the moment you walk in the door you know they take the time to assure the cleanliness and safety of the home. There much attention to detail throughout the home to make our stay a comfortable and carefree stay. Kristy was extremely accessible and accommodating. We had a wonderful relaxing stay and enjoyed all the special touches and treats that Kristy had for us when we arrived . 5 Star Airbnb... We would definitely be back!

The place was super walkable, the yard was enclosed and great for pets. When we got there the place was very clean and well taken care of. It was great to have a locking shed for our bikes. We'll definitely be back!!

We stayed at the ladybug for a little over a week. It was our first time in the area and we truly enjoyed getting to call the ladybug our home base. The house is clean, comfortable and spacious. We particularly enjoyed access to the grill and yard/outdoor living space. The location was great - a few easy blocks to downtown restaurants and the grocery store. We would definitely stay there again.

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Ladybug House in Fruita. It certainly is well constructed with great character and all the modern amenities you could expect. Loved the outdoor area too for evening-time grilling and to allow kids and dog plenty of fenced-in space to run around. Very convenient shed to store bikes. Just a short walk away to central-Fruita too, making it easy to head into town for coffee, food, bike shops, etc. All-in-all a great experience and we hope to return one day!

Loved our stay at The Ladybug House! Took our family and dog with us to Fruita for a long weekend and hit up the trails on our bikes on 18 Road as well as Kokopelli. The Ladybug House was amazing! Great for our family and the dog loved the fenced in garden surrounding it. We spent most time outside in the evening, grilling and playing games but the inside was really well laid out with all the modern amenities you'd wish for, great space and very comfortable, climate-controlled zones. Definitely liked the convenience of the shed outside the house too for storing bikes and equipment and downtown Fruita was just a small walk away, making everything very easy. VisitFruita.com were the perfect property managers and made us feel very welcome at every step of the way. I don't think we've had such a great reception anywhere else we've stayed to be honest! We'd definitely return to this lovely house. It's got such great character and certainly checked all the boxes for my family. Thank you so much!

The house is so beautiful. Much better than expected!

The listing is as cute and cozy as the pictures. The house has everything you need and incredibly stylish detail. It was sparkling CLEAN with a great location within walking distance to the downtown full of cute shops breweries grocery store and great places to eat. You never need to leave this adorable house with a beautiful fenced yard and outdoor table for six and a fire pit. We didn't get to use the bicycles since it was too cold but they are adorable. The bedding and beds were very comfortable and we didn't want to leave the comfy couch after a long day of skiing. The layout of the house is great giving lots of privacy to the upstairs master with en-suite bathroom for privacy from the rest of your group if you choose. The thermostats locates within each room allowed for individual room temps which was an added bonus.

This house is fantastic and the entire property perfect.

Perfect place for a quick weekend get away to Fruita! It exceeded our expectations!

"If you need a beautiful, relaxing, well-stocked, sparkling clean house then this is the place for you! We had 6 people there very comfortably, and it was relaxed, roomy and private. The bedroom upstairs with the king bed is open concept and the only room on the top level. It was the perfect hideaway for some quiet and a little work since there is a nice desk up there. The main level has two bedrooms sharing a good size bathroom. Full size laundry. Huge side yard with table and bbq. Nice quiet neighborhood only a couple of blocks from downtown. Ate at The Hot Tomato—SO GOOD! But if you want to eat in there is a full size dining table, full, well equipped kitchen, sitting area and plenty of room to move (Grandma easily moved around with her walker). Tastefully decorated and thoughtfully set up. Thank you Kristy! We hope to come back!"

The ladybug house is a very cute, clean little house a few blocks from downtown Fruita. It was the perfect size for 2 couples and 2 kids. The kids enjoyed the large yard, we appreciated the locked shed in back for bike storage, and the welcome basket was a nice touch. We were able to walk downtown for dinner, and it's a short drive to multiple good mountain biking trailheads as well as to Colorado National Monument. We would definitely stay here again when we come back for some more epic Fruita mountain biking!

The Ladybug house was the perfect house for us! Three bedrooms—two on the main level so it was easy for grandma to get around in her walker. The sisters shared the other room (bunk beds). Those two rooms share a bathroom. The upstairs room has king bed with bathroom (open concept), TV and desk and that was so nice for us to have a little escape. Thermostats in each room. Full size kitchen, dining table and small sitting room with a comfy L-shaped couch. Easy access to a lovely fenced in side yard with table and bbq. Very clean with extra supplies available. Appliances are new and nice. Kitchen had dishes and basic cooking needs. We could not have had a better set up. It is two blocks from downtown Fruita and the best restaurant—The Hot Tomato! Easy check in and check out. If we get to come back to Fruita we will definitely stay here again! Thank you!!
