Second time staying on this property. Great home with a nice backyard and easy access to everything Fruita has to offer.

I loved Kristy and Mike's property. It was clean, comfortable and in a great location.
My stay exceeded my expectations.

This is a wonderful house. The two of us stayed here for a week, and we loved the clean, warm layout of the house, so easy to use and enjoy. We had everything we needed. Beds were comfortable, plenty of towels, and the kitchen was equipped with several pans and a couple baking dishes. The location was perfect for our needs. Downtown Fruita is just down the street: easy accessible restaurants, coffee and shops. Grand Junction and great bike paths (for beginners too) are close by.

My husband and I had a great stay! We decided last-minute to visit to Fruita to mountain bike (this was our second time visiting) and this location was great to access trail systems nearby and nice to walk to restaurants in town. Our dog Jerry loved the grassy fenced-in backyard! The house was clean and comfy.

Great stay at Peach House III. Amazing location, walkable to Hot Tomato, Best Slope, etc. super comfy sofa and beds. Great fenced in backyard for our dog and so nice to be able to use the garage for our bikes and parking! Highly recommend, we will be back!

Great easy space for me and my 7 year old. Access to a full garage was great so I could secure and maintain our motos/bikes.

The Peach House is amazing. We have stayed here before and will stay again. Great layout,, clean as a whistle, and excellent location to downtown Fruita. Enjoyed sitting out by the fire pit in the evening and having dinner on the back patio. Having coffee by the front window in the morning as the sun comes up is amazing.

Great visit. Loved the location close to downtown and the fact that there was a lot of amenities like spices. Staff was very helpful when we had an issue

This place is exactly how’s it’s described close to everything. Cute and has all the things you need. We loved having the bikes available and the nice quiet street to walk our pups. Comfortable beds and couches felt like home.

We loved staying at this AirBnB just blocks from downtown Fruita! It was easy to walk to the local coffee shops, restaurants, and breweries. The house was really clean and comfortably decorated. We'd definitely stay here again!

Location is great, close to a couple of national parks and in a nice and quiet neighborhood, but nonetheless with all amenities that you would need. Well equipped and comfortable!

Great place! Very clean, well stocked with kitchen pots and pans etc and general supplies for cooking, like oils, and spices . Super location! You might consider screen doors and some of the window blinds did not function properly. Also lights buzzed - check compatibility with bulbs for dimmer lights. Overall a really sweet stay!

Great house in an ideal location, walking distance to dining and shopping. Clean and comfy with pretty much everything you need. The 2 townie bikes in the garage were a great bonus for getting around.

Sadly, our Fruita vacation came to an end yesterday. We had a great stay and the weather improved everyday. The house was wonderful. Great location, well appointed and comfortable. We'll definitely be back.

We had a wonderful stay at the Peach! The house is well accommodated and plenty of space for us to stretch out after a day out. The beds were also comfy. We had a minor issue after we got there and the management company was very responsive and got us taken care of which is an A+ from us.

The home was wonderful for our Thanksgiving holiday. It had plenty of parking for everyone. The home had enough space to hang out and relax. The dogs had fun playing in the backyard. It was so thoughtful for you to stock the gift basket, especially with dog treats. We would definitely stay again when visiting the area.

A gem in the heart of fruita! We (our friends and our pups) loved our stay here. It was fantastic. Everything we needed, easy to clean (floors were perfect for keeping up after the fur babies), well stocked, wonderful back yard and amazing space to relax together after biking! Thank you so much. The house was perfect! Everything was clean and orderly and we had plenty of room for our family. The backyard was great for the dogs and the location was great. We have never been to Fruita so we did not know what to expect but we were pleasantly surprised by this wonderful little town!

GREAT place! Kristy is very easy to communicate with & was nice to let us check in early when our travel time took us less than we expected. Everything was easy from booking to check out. The home is SUPER clean & comes with all the amenities we needed. Access to the garage was a plus when bike repair had to be done & it was raining. The home is a quick walk to coffee shops (Best Slope has excellent customer service), breweries, pizza (we liked Hot Tomato), & the farmer's market on Saturdays. A quick drive to Grand Junction & the Colorado National Monument too! We would definitely stay here again!

We had a great time on Peach Street. We always enjoy the Thursday night concerts, walking distance to the restaurants and Farmer’s Market. Everything was clean, organized, and we will be back.

We booked the Peach House for a weeklong mountain biking trip in Fruita, and this property was amazing! The house was exactly as described, and the house was impeccably clean. The checkin process was super easy, and Kristy was super easy to reach from the time of booking to check out. Oh, and did I mention the location!? A short walk to the best of Fruita’s restaurants and bike shops! Looking forward to staying here again!

Absolutely fantastic, impeccably cute home in the heart of Fruita. Everything was perfect for us when we arrived, right down to a big basket of snacks and goodies on the kitchen counter. Comfortable, spotless, and very up to date. Lovely back porch and secluded grassy back yard with chairs, a gas fire pit, and large shade trees. There were even 2 bikes in the garage but sadly we didn't get to use them. Walking distance to downtown and 1 block from Best Slope Coffee (don't miss it). Almost sad we didn't get to stay longer, this property is just such a gem. 10/10 could not recommend any more highly.

Definitely would recommend the location and home without reservation . Clean and fully stocked home for visit to Fruita. Plus, friendly and responsive host. I decided after arriving that I wanted to use the 3rd bedroom. It took a few minutes, but our stay was modified and we got immediately access to the 3rd bedroom. Thank you!

Great kitchen, living, dining and outdoor spaces. Bedroom and bath are a little small but serviceable. It was very nice, beautifully renovated. Great location just a block from downtown restaurants and a few blocks from grocery and drug store and parks too. Took our dog to school yard to run and catch frisbees! Very nice back yard to sit

We had family come from different areas and we all stayed at the Peach House. It was perfect for our stay! We were able to spend mornings drinking coffee on the patio, bbq on the grill, and relax by the fire pit at night. It had plenty of space for everyone, even the dog had a fenced in yard to run and play. The place was beautifully designed and super clean. We felt much more relaxed and comfortable here than we would've at any hotel, especially with Covid.

This was such a great place for our families to gather to visit our new grand baby / nephew in Fruita. Close enough to walk and was perfect for all. We will be back!

Fabulous Stay! Wonderful home only a short walk from downtown. The house was spotless and the hospitality basket, the app and welcome binder were nice touches. Communication was wonderful and any information I needed was found in the app. Check-in and Check-out were a breeze! We will definitely be back!

We stayed here for two non-consecutive nights, one on our way to Wyoming from Arizona and one on our way back. It was a wonderful place to stay to break-up our drive. We have two dogs. Only one minor set back for us was that the beautiful, fenced in backyard is not attached to the house. Minor inconvenience. We highly recommend this awesome property. Enjoy your stay!

This is a very nice place to stay and was in great condition when we arrived. Information from the owners was very prompt from the moment we rented and we had absolutely no problems with the home other than the lock boxes on the doors are maddening to use. Should I stay in the Fruita area again, I will check to see if this place is available first. Quiet neighborhood and very close to restaurants and main street. Overall, 5 stars.

We visit Fruita often to mountain bike and escape the cold - the properties owned by Mike and Kristy are always our first choice. This house in particular is our favorite due to the amazing location. We love to walk our dog down to Best Slope Coffee and hang out at the Copper Club after spending the day mountain biking, and both are just one block away. I also hit up the new yoga studio, Thrive Yoga, on this last visit (also walking distance). The house itself is incredibly clean and comfortable. It has everything we need to cook meals at home. The couch is great to curl up with a good book. We store our bikes in the garage and even grilled out. The backyard is fenced in which would be perfect for a pooch that needs some time outside. The Peach House is highly recommended!

The peach house was perfect for our recent trip to Fruita for Labor Day weekend. The house was spotlessly clean and up to date. We loved the comfy living room furniture for relaxing after a long day out on the bike trails. Icing on the cake was having a dog friendly place with a big fenced yard for our pups to play. Absolutely perfect! Thank you for putting so much thought into this rental!

A wonderful house and yard near the center of town. Lots of parking, including a large garage. Clean and modern. Well appointed. The half-bath is small but serviceable. The rest of the house is quite roomy. The owners were very helpful.

It seemed that everything was perfectly engineered and executed. The location was centrally located, the interior was exceptionally well done reflecting excellent taste and functionality. I found myself wondering what this beautiful Jewel of the Rockies would cost if it was on the market. The steps off the back porch were a bit dicey, as the third step was rough rocks. Really though, to find something to criticize would be nitpicking. I hope we can stay there again.

My husband and our friends stayed here for two nights. When we walked in we were pleasantly surprised by how clean, updated, and comfortable the place was. It had all the comforts of home; updated appliances, USB charging ports in the bedside tables, comfortable beds, comfortable patio seating, fenced back yard for our pooches, etc. We are looking forward to booking this home again our next trip to Fruita!

The peach house was awesome! It's very nice, comfortable and convenient. There's pretty much everything you need and the location is perfect. It was nice to be able walk a couple of blocks in the morning to grab some coffee and breakfast. I highly recommend it and hope to stay there again next year when I return to Fruita.

Visited Black Canyon of the Gunnison,Arches NP, Dinosaur NM,Colorado NM, and the town of Fruita. The dogs loved their playpen.

Our family had a great stay at the Peach House during our trip to Fruita! Location is fantastic- just two blocks from downtown (and Hot Tomato Pizza!). The house was nicely remodeled and very clean. Kristy and Mike were great hosts. I would definitely stay here again!

As avid outdoors people, we frequent Fruita often to escape the cold and snow of Crested Butte. We've stayed at many properties around town - and this is our new favorite! - Location: less than 2 blocks away from the Copper Club Brewery and the Hot Tomato Pizzeria - Brand New: this house was just renovated and everything is brand new - Clean: the house was spotless - Pet Friendly: our dog enjoyed the fenced in back yard - Garage: there is a large garage to store all your outdoor equipment and vehicle - Comfortable: couches and beds were great - the house was quiet - Affordable: this home was a good value - perfect size for a couple (or two) or small family We spent three nights at the Peach Street House and had everything we needed to enjoy meals at home - and even enjoy sports on TV in the evening. We will definitely be staying again!

Place could not be closer to downtown Fruita! Local coffee joint and great little brew pub just a block away, as well as Camilla's for breakfast:) House is great and nicely taken care of - pretty much everything you need. Plus two car garage to stash and organize all your gear. Will definitely stay here again!
