Sunrise Mesa Vacation Rental Toggle favorite

We enjoyed our weekend stay over Labor Day weekend. Home was conveniently located to restaurants and shopping. My husband is a runner and enjoyed heading accessing the river path from the house. It was a nice surprise to have stacked laundry on the upper level. Property lives like a detached single family house - didn’t notice the duplex aspect at all.

Can’t say enough about how perfect Kristy and Mike’s place was for us! Plenty of space for the 5 of us. My daughter and grandsons occupied the upstairs for the most part and had their privacy when they wanted it and my boyfriend, John and I mostly had the downstairs and master suite. John is a fabulous cook and we made great use of the well-appointed kitchen and grill/outdoor area. The house was VERY nice and the location was perfect! We will be back!!!

We always have so much outdoor gear when staying in GJ, so the garage was immensely helpful. We loved having the first floor master bed/bath in this clean, new home. Easy access to the places we love to go. Thanks for another great visit!

After the stressful experience of cancelled and delayed flights, Mike & Kristy’s place was a welcoming retreat. Everything was as exactly as described and a short distance from all our planned events. The house is nicely decorated and has all the amenities of home. Would happily stay again!

Lovely and comfortable duplex/townhouse. Kitchen had everything we needed to make multiple meals. Great views of the surrounding cliffs from upstairs. Will stay here again. 🙂

I had a wonderful stay.The home is gorgeous I love the lay out of having open access to the patios.Lots of amenities provided.I did not need to go to the store to buy anything besides food to stock the fridge.I was welcomed with a goodie bag I which I forgot to take with me (bummer).I stayed for 7 days arriving Christmas Eve and leaving New Year’s Day.I wanted to decorate the home for Christmas and was worried about stores being open when I arrived.I did not need to worry as they made sure I had a Christmas tree decorated and Christmas decorations all ready set up .That was such a wonderful gesture for them to do.They made my stay even more wonderful by doing that it’s the little things that matter and they made it happen with out being asked to.The hostess was amazing and very friendly checking in to make sure my stay was going smoothly.I will definitely be back as I have family that live near the home.Oh one more thing you have full access to the garage with the opener provided .

We had the most enjoyable stay at the beautiful Sunrise Mesa home!! Oh my goodness this place has everything you could ever need while on vacation! The kitchen has all the essentials and then some. Appliances, utensils, and tons of cabinet and counter space with a very large pantry. The bedrooms and bathrooms are lovely and have tons of closet storage for all your clothes and suitcases. Beds are very comfortable and felt fresh and clean…… the entire house was immaculate! There is a full size washer/dryer downstairs and stackables upstairs. I had no idea how wonderful it would be to have them! It definitely helps since you don’t have to over pack.
The living room is spacious and the TV is large, with fantastic reception. There’s also another TV on the second floor. The internet connection was great-no issues at all! Beautiful side patio with nice, large, patio dining set and grill if you feel like grilling out. I have to mention the garage as it is huge! Plenty of room for two cars and tons of room to get around! . Lastly, this is the most quiet place I’ve ever stayed. I never heard the neighbors though I know they were there….some great insulation in this home.
Can’t say enough about how much we enjoyed our stay. We are already planning on visiting again and will be staying at Sunrise Mess. It’s a great location for site seeing around the area and farther! Great customer service, too!! Stay here-you won’t be disappointed!!!

This was a lovely home. We appreciated the quick response on needing a blender and receiving one shortly after. We would stay at this home again.

Everything is decorated beautifully. Everything is brand new or at least looks like it. Everything was immaculate. I would definitely stay here again.

Great home to stay in. Only thing I would have liked was more kitchen amenities such as a bigger pot and maybe a mixer. Otherwise great place! I plan on staying again!

The house was perfect to stay at for our 13th annual sister weekend. Comfortable, spacious and exceptionally clean..

Overall great experience, home was very clean and nicely furnished. Communication was great and they were very helpful and willing to go above and beyond to meet our needs.

Awesome place

Great place, great location, great amenities

It was comfortable, quiet with good pet accommodations for a small dog. Internet connection was good, 2 televisions on 2 levels suitable for multi-generational stays, work from home or extended stays. Parking inside the garage is a big bonus! Upstairs balcony from 2 separate bedrooms, outside access on the ground floor from 3 locations… a lot of bonuses! Including a nice welcome present at the door made me feel welcomed!

We had plenty of room for our family and enjoyed staying in this clean, convenient home 🙂 Thanks!

Convenient and comfortable!

Our stay at the Sunrise Mesa vacation home was for a family reunion with some family living in the area. The home is gorgeous and well thought out. It is incredibly quiet between floors, between rooms and from the outside. Sleeping upstairs was not disturbed by talking downstairs. There are actually 2 ½ baths which was good with 6 people staying but up to 12 people visiting. The full baths are huge with plenty of room to take care of young children or accommodate older folks (not completely handicapped accessible but plenty of room for walkers, etc). Plenty of towels . First floor is roll-in from the driveway which met our wheelchair needs. Wide access between rooms and not over-furnished. We had two twin air beds in the living room for the grandkids and we still used that area for conversation during the day. No “switching” from night to day use. Kitchen is big enough to talk in during meal prep and still get around each other. There were enough pots and pans and some storage containers for leftover; plenty of quality cooking utensils and flatware for cooking and eating. There is deep sink and dishwasher, so clean-up was easy after meals. Soap, scrub pads were provided as well as laundry soap which was a nice touch. There is a full washer and dryer off the kitchen but the apartment size washer and dryer in the upstairs bathroom was handy. If you have toddlers, you will need two baby gates. Well set up and well thought out. We get out here about every 3 years and I will be looking to stay here again.
