Cute, cozy, comfy, and very clean! Great location with some restaurants walkable and easy access to anywhere you need to go in Fruita. Neighborhood and yard (front and back) leave a bit to be desired.

This house was perfect for what we needed.
Mike and Kristy were easy to communicate with. We loved the fact that there was a separate suite at the front of the house.
And having two rooms with their own bathrooms and entrances to the backyard was a plus.
The welcome basket was a nice touch as well. The decor and feel of the house was calming and open. Thank you for a great place during a hard time.
